产业转移背景下西部地区产业发展新模式探析

【摘要】：西部地区在承接产业转移的过程中,因受限于自我经济基础与国家整体产业水平,导致来自于外资的项目投资胜于大规模的产业转移,进而陷入"产业转移陷阱"。结合产业链空间演化特征,单一产业链纵向延伸到一定程度时,会通过创新产业链而创造新的价值增长点,其主要表现为产业链的横向扩展。因此,西部地区未来应更多地结合区域资源禀赋和产业基础,实现不同产业链区段的"接通",即线性链接状态下的区域产业横向拓展;积极培育产业网络,通过对产业氛围的专门营造,实现区域产业竞争力的提升。
[Abstract]:In the process of undertaking industrial transfer, the western region is limited by the economic base of itself and the whole industrial level of the country, which leads to the project investment from foreign capital outpacing the large-scale industrial transfer, and then falls into the "industrial transfer trap". Combined with the spatial evolution characteristics of industrial chain, when the single industrial chain extends to a certain extent vertically, it will create a new value growth point by innovating the industrial chain, which is mainly manifested in the horizontal expansion of the industrial chain. Therefore, in the future, the western region should combine the regional resource endowment and the industrial foundation more, realize the different industry chain section "connect", namely the regional industry horizontal development under the linear link condition; Actively cultivate the industrial network and realize the promotion of regional industrial competitiveness through the creation of a special industrial atmosphere.
