区域产业集群知识溢出对集群企业技术创新的影响研究

【摘要】：伴随专家学者对产业集群技术创新这一领域研究的不断深入,区域内知识溢出对集群企业技术创新的影响作用也得到更为广泛的研究和讨论。本文正是基于此,将理论研究与实证分析相结合,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,选取河北省东光县的化工产业集群进行实证分析,对充实区域产业集群知识溢出对集群企业技术创新影响这一领域的理论研究具有比较重要的意义,同时对提高河北省相关产业集群的技术创新能力与水平也具有一定的指导意义。本文首先在综述区域产业集群、知识溢出以及技术创新理论的基础上,提出知识溢出对集群企业技术创新的作用机制;其次,从知识溢出的途径角度分析显性知识溢出和隐性知识溢出对集群企业技术创新两个维度的影响作用,提出12个研究假设;再次,结合专家学者的研究成果设计区域产业集群知识溢出对集群企业技术创新影响的量表,实地调研、发放问卷并回收数据,运用SPSS19.0软件对回收的相关数据进行信效度分析、相关分析和多元线性回归分析,以验证研究假设与关系模型;最后,在对实证分析结果汇总的基础上,总结本文的研究结论,从政府和集群企业的角度提出可行性建议并提出后续的研究方向。本文最终得到的研究结论主要包括以下三点:第一,相比集群外的知识溢出,在一定的区域范围内,集群内的知识溢出在传播速度上更为快速,并且对集群企业技术创新的影响程度也更为深刻;第二,无论显性知识还是隐性知识,都能够通过人员流动、非正式交流、研发合作等方式途径溢出并对集群企业的产品创新和工艺创新产生一定的正向促进作用;第三,在理论分析的基础上,结合实证研究的结果,对河北省东光县化工产业集群的调研也验证了区域产业集群知识溢出在提高集群企业技术创新能力与水平方面发挥着十分关键的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of experts and scholars in the field of industrial cluster technological innovation, the impact of knowledge spillover on technological innovation of cluster enterprises has been studied and discussed more widely. Based on this, this paper combines theoretical research with empirical analysis, and selects the chemical industry cluster in Dongguang County of Hebei Province for empirical analysis on the basis of summarizing the previous research results. It is of great significance to enrich the theoretical research on the impact of knowledge spillover of regional industrial clusters on the technological innovation of cluster enterprises. At the same time, it also has certain guiding significance to improve the technological innovation ability and level of related industrial clusters in Hebei province. On the basis of summarizing the theories of regional industrial cluster, knowledge spillover and technological innovation, this paper puts forward the mechanism of knowledge spillover on the technological innovation of cluster enterprises. Secondly, from the perspective of knowledge spillover, this paper analyzes the effects of explicit knowledge spillover and tacit knowledge spillover on the technological innovation of cluster enterprises, and puts forward 12 research hypotheses. Thirdly, based on the research results of experts and scholars, the paper designs the scale of the impact of knowledge spillover of regional industrial clusters on cluster enterprises' technological innovation, field investigation, questionnaire and data recovery. The reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis of the recovered data were carried out by using SPSS19.0 software to verify the research hypotheses and relational models. Finally, on the basis of summing up the empirical analysis results, this paper summarizes the conclusions of this study, and puts forward feasibility suggestions from the perspective of government and cluster enterprises, and puts forward the future research direction. The main conclusions of this paper include the following three points: first, compared with the knowledge spillover outside the cluster, the knowledge spillover within the cluster is faster in a certain region. And the impact on the technological innovation of cluster enterprises is more profound; Secondly, both explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge can overflow through people flow, informal communication, R & D cooperation and so on, and have a positive effect on product innovation and process innovation of cluster enterprises. Third, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the results of empirical research, The investigation of chemical industry cluster in Dongguang County of Hebei Province also proves that knowledge spillover of regional industrial cluster plays a key role in improving the ability and level of technological innovation of cluster enterprises.
