湖南水稻产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：水稻产业是国家粮食安全的支柱产业,湖南是全国最大的水稻生产区之一,水稻产业是湖南最重要的基础产业；因此,促进湖南水稻产业发展既有利于增进国家粮食安全,同时也有利于湖南经济又好又快发展。论文主要运用产业经济理论与技术,采用实证与规范相结合的分析方法,首先分析了湖南水稻产业发展的优势与劣势及其机遇,事实上,湖南作为粮食大省虽然具有加速水稻产业发展的技术条件、自然禀赋条件和传统农产品市场条件,但同时也面临着环境污染、市场品牌度不高、种植规模偏小等不利因素或挑战。然后,重点分析了湖南水稻产业在研发、生产、加工、流通等四个方面存在的问题。最后,借鉴国内外水稻产业发展的经验,提出了改善水稻生产条件,提高水稻生产利润；优化水稻加工条件,提高水稻附加值；构建完善的水稻流通体系,保障市场通畅；建立健全水稻产业服务与质量监管体系等建议。
[Abstract]:Rice industry is the pillar industry of national food security, Hunan is one of the largest rice production areas in China, and rice industry is the most important basic industry in Hunan. Therefore, to promote the development of Hunan rice industry is not only conducive to promoting national food security, but also conducive to Hunan economy sound and rapid development. This paper mainly uses the theory and technology of industrial economy, adopts the analysis method of combination of demonstration and norm, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hunan rice industry development and the opportunity, in fact, Hunan, as a large grain province, has the technical conditions, natural endowment conditions and traditional agricultural products market conditions to accelerate the development of rice industry, but at the same time, it also faces environmental pollution, and the market brand is not high. Small scale of planting or other adverse factors or challenges. Then, the paper analyzes the problems in R & D, production, processing and circulation of Hunan rice industry. Finally, using the experience of the development of rice industry at home and abroad for reference, the paper proposes to improve the production conditions of rice, to increase the profit of rice production, to optimize the conditions of rice processing, to increase the added value of rice, to construct a perfect circulation system of rice, and to ensure the smooth market. Establish and perfect rice industry service and quality supervision system and so on.
