基于中心—外围模型的劳动生产率差异对中国纺织产业转移的影响研究

【摘要】：产业转移是产业结构调整和升级的重要途径，产业在特定区域的集聚与转移是有规律可循的。我国纺织产业是重要的民生产业，也是产业区域转移的先行产业。改革开放至今，我国纺织产业逐步走向成熟，但是区域发展极不平衡，东部地区集聚趋势明显，而中西部地区发展缓慢。随着东部地区成本的增加，以及中西部地区基础设施的完善，我国纺织产业逐步向中西部转移，但是大规模的转移并没有发生。本文重点分析影响我国纺织产业转移的因素，并试图解释我国纺织产业转移滞缓的原因。在相关文献综述的基础上，本文利用空间经济学中心-外围模型规范分析劳动生产率差异对于产业转移的影响。并且定量测度2004-2012年间中国31个省、直辖市、自治区纺织产业的集聚程度以及劳动生产率，建立回归模型，进行实证分析。结果表明，，较高的劳动生产率有利于纺织产业集聚，而且产业集聚具有粘性作用，不利产业转移。考虑其他影响因素，区位因素、劳动生产率、国际市场需求、产业环境和运输成本对中国纺织产业转移有显著影响。而国内市场需求以及产业发展潜力对中国纺织产业转移的作用并不明显。规范分析和实证研究表明，产业趋向于向成本较低的中西部地区转移，但是中国东部纺织产业尚未达到产业转移的内生临界点，大规模的产业转移并没有发生。要素禀赋因素、劳动生产率差异、市场因素、产业竞争因素、运输因素是影响产业转移的主要因素。现阶段，我国纺织业向西部转移滞缓的主要原因有：东部地区区位优势、劳动生产率优势，以及较高的运输成本。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is an important way to adjust and upgrade industrial structure. China's textile industry is an important livelihood industry, but also a leading industry of industrial regional transfer. Since the reform and opening up to date, the textile industry in China has gradually matured, but the regional development is extremely unbalanced, the trend of agglomeration in the eastern region is obvious, and the development of the central and western regions is slow. With the increase of cost in the eastern region and the improvement of the infrastructure in the central and western regions, the textile industry of our country has gradually transferred to the central and western regions, but the large-scale transfer has not occurred. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the transfer of textile industry in China and tries to explain the reasons for the sluggish transfer of textile industry in China. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the influence of labor productivity difference on industrial transfer by using spatial economics centre-periphery model. The paper also quantitatively measures the concentration degree and labor productivity of textile industry in 31 provinces municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2004 to 2012 and establishes a regression model to carry out empirical analysis. The results show that higher labor productivity is beneficial to textile industry agglomeration, and industrial agglomeration has viscous effect, which is disadvantageous to industrial transfer. Considering other influence factors, location factor, labor productivity, international market demand, industrial environment and transportation cost, there are significant effects on the transfer of China's textile industry. But the domestic market demand and the industry development potential to the Chinese textile industry transfer function is not obvious. Normative analysis and empirical research show that the industry tends to transfer to the lower cost of the central and western regions, but the textile industry in eastern China has not reached the endogenous critical point of industrial transfer, large-scale industrial transfer has not occurred. Factor endowment factor, labor productivity difference, market factor, industry competition factor and transportation factor are the main factors influencing industrial transfer. At the present stage, the main reasons for the slow transfer of textile industry to the west of China are as follows: location advantage, labor productivity advantage and higher transportation cost in the eastern region.
