中国新能源汽车产业链优化研究

【摘要】:随着科技水平的提高及环境污染的日益严重,自上世纪90年底起,新能源汽车开始不断出现公众视野。近年来,伴随着国际社会石油资源供应的持续紧张以及原油价格的持续上涨以及全球保护环境的呼声日益高涨,新能源汽车产业的发展日益受到世界各国的重视。很多国家和地区已经将新能源汽车作为未来汽车的发展方向,将新能源汽车提到了与未来国际社会竞争的制高点,,各国政府在研发、市场、财政税收等方面对新能源汽车给予足够的支持,积极采取了相应措施推动新能源汽车产业的发展。 从世界各国的经验可以看出,我国新能源汽车产业与国外相比还有一定差距,因此有必要结合国外新能源汽车产业链发展经验,对我国新能源汽车产业链进行逐一对比剖析,从而对我国新能源汽车产业链进行横向和纵向的优化整合,以期提高我国新能源汽车产业链的竞争力,从而带动我国战略性高新技术产业的可持续发展,从而获得国际竞争市场的制高点。 因此,本文基于四维调控下的产业优化理论、产业结构优化理论及产业整合理论,通过对我国新能源汽车产业发展市场结构、发展动因及产业链本质特征的研究,并结合问卷调查对新能源汽车产业链进行指标评价,以熵权法和综合模糊评价法为基础构建了我国新能源汽车产业链的评价模型,依次我国新能源汽车产业链长度、产业链宽度、产业链厚度和产业链外部环境因素四个方面对产业链进行了评价,并结合美国、欧盟和日本的国家的产业链发展实践经验和政策措施,提出我国新能源汽车产业链应该实施纵向、横向、侧向的三维整合的优化路径,实现新能源汽车产业链由点到线、由线到面、由面到网的演化突破,进而提高各类生产要素的配置效率的过程,根本上增强我国新能源汽车产业链的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of science and technology and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, since the end of 90 years of the last century, new energy vehicles began to appear in the public field of vision. In recent years, the development of new energy automobile industry has attracted more and more attention from all over the world, along with the continuous shortage of oil resources and the rising price of crude oil in the international community, as well as the increasing call for global environmental protection. Many countries and regions have already taken the new energy vehicle as the development direction of the future automobile, and raised the new energy vehicle to the commanding point of competition with the international community in the future. The governments of various countries are in the research and development, market, and so on. Fiscal revenue and other aspects give sufficient support to new energy vehicles and actively take corresponding measures to promote the development of new energy automobile industry. From the experience of other countries in the world, we can see that there is still a certain gap between China's new energy automobile industry and foreign countries, so it is necessary to combine the development experience of foreign new energy automobile industry chain and make a comparative analysis of China's new energy automobile industry chain one by one. In order to improve the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry chain and promote the sustainable development of China's strategic high-tech industry, the new energy automobile industry chain is optimized and integrated horizontally and vertically in order to improve the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry chain. In order to obtain the commanding heights of the international competitive market. Therefore, based on the theory of industrial optimization, the theory of industrial structure optimization and the theory of industrial integration under the four-dimensional regulation, this paper studies the market structure, development motivation and the essential characteristics of the industrial chain of China's new energy automobile industry. Based on the entropy method and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, the evaluation model of the new energy automobile industry chain in China is constructed, and the length of the new energy automobile industry chain is followed by the length of the new energy automobile industry chain in our country, and the new energy automobile industry chain is evaluated according to the questionnaire. This paper evaluates the industrial chain in four aspects: the width of the industrial chain, the thickness of the industrial chain and the external environmental factors of the industrial chain, and combines the practical experience and policy measures of the countries of the United States, the EU and Japan in the development of the industrial chain. It is pointed out that China's new energy automobile industry chain should implement the optimization path of vertical, horizontal and lateral three-dimensional integration so as to realize the breakthrough of the evolution of the new energy automobile industry chain from point to line, from line to surface and from side to net. Furthermore, the process of improving the allocation efficiency of all kinds of production factors will fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry chain in China.
