KC公司供餐饮料产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:国务院提出混合所有制改革,要求对部分国有企业进行改革重组,逐步制定改革深化实施方案,作为央企的一部分,武钢供餐饮料产业也正在逐步谋求转变,由原有的靠武钢主体厂矿关联交易补贴生存的形势转变为自力更生,面向市场的新的发展格局,这就对武钢供餐饮料产业提出了新的挑战,战略布局要求更高,才能更长远的适应市场需求,立于不败。武钢供餐饮料产业经历了由传统服务行业向现代城市服务行业转变、由过去依靠武钢内部关联交易市场向外部经济市场谋发展转变,由劳动密集型企业向知识管理型企业转变。面对市场充分竞争,好的战略规划,好的发展目标,好的核心竞争力是企业成长立足的必备条件。KC公司必须跳出原有国企恩维,按充分竞争市场方式来规划未来发展定位方向,打造新的一片天地。本文以从事供餐饮料的武钢供餐饮料产业为研究对象,通过PEST分析法、波特五力模型、职能分析法等对其价值链分析、外部环境、内部环境及资源与能力分析等进行分析,指出公司各产业所拥有在机会及存在的威胁,以及公司各产业存在的优势与劣势。然后通过使用内外部(IE)矩阵分析模型和大战略分析模型对公司主营业务团膳供餐及饮料经营销售等进行分析和评估,从而做出战略选择,确定公司未来的发展目标。本文的主要研究是通过建立地区发展和产业多元化格局来实现公司可持续发展,以解决一元产业出现问题,公司经营全面瘫痪的威胁。因此,在对武钢供餐饮料产业内外部环境作了详尽分析后,本人运用所学的战略管理知识和个人的经验,最终将武钢供餐饮料产业未来发展战略设计为:相关多元化经营与部分产业区域连锁经营发展。
[Abstract]:The State Council put forward the reform of mixed ownership, called for the reform and reorganization of some state-owned enterprises, and gradually formulated a plan for deepening the implementation of the reform. As part of the central enterprises, the food and beverage industry of WISCO is also gradually seeking transformation. From the original situation of surviving on the related transaction subsidy of the main factory and mine of WISCO to the new development pattern of self-reliance and market-oriented, this puts forward a new challenge to the food and beverage industry of WISCO, and requires higher strategic layout. In order to adapt to market demand in the longer term, standing in the undefeated. The catering beverage industry of WISCO has undergone the transformation from traditional service industry to modern city service industry, from relying on the internal affiliated trading market of WISCO to the external economic market, and from labor-intensive enterprises to knowledge management enterprises. In the face of full competition in the market, good strategic planning, good development goals, and good core competitiveness are the necessary conditions for the growth of enterprises. KC Company must step out of the original state-owned enterprises' Enwei. According to the full competition market way to plan the future development orientation, create a new world. Taking the beverage industry of WISCO as the research object, this paper analyzes the value chain, external environment, internal environment and resources and ability of WISCO by means of PEST analysis, Porter five-force model and function analysis, etc. This paper points out the opportunities and threats, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each industry. Then the internal and external (IE) matrix analysis model and the big strategy analysis model are used to analyze and evaluate the company's main business group meal supply and beverage management and sales, so as to make a strategic choice and determine the future development goal of the company. The main research of this paper is to establish the regional development and industrial diversification pattern to realize the sustainable development of the company in order to solve the problem of unitary industry and the threat of complete paralysis of the operation of the company. Therefore, after making a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of the food beverage industry in WISCO, I use the knowledge of strategic management and personal experience that I have learned. Finally, the future development strategy of food beverage industry in WISCO is designed as: related diversified operation and part of industry regional chain management development.
