安徽省茶产业的发展现状及其国际竞争力的研究

随着全世界人们生活水平的不断提高,人们不断地追求高品质生活,人们现在要求的不仅是能吃饱喝足,而是更加倾向于从食品的环保、健康、营养、便利角度做选择。在食品行业中饮料的发展很快,现在的人们更倾向于用饮料行业的发展水平来衡量一国经济的发展水平和生活质量。因为茶叶的自身特性,即其具有的保健、卫生、环保、安全等功效,茶叶被公认为是最贴近自然的健康绿色饮料,也因此发展成为了一个绿色产业。在21世纪的今天,茶叶在国内外都很受欢迎,具有较强的市场发展潜力,这不仅引起了很多商家的不断关注,也引起了大多学者的高度重视。茶叶起源于中国,因此中国有着极其丰富的茶叶资源。一直以来,中国都是茶叶的生产大国、消费大国,也是茶叶的贸易大国。作为中国产茶大省的安徽省,也拥有着极丰富的茶叶资源。安徽是中国茶叶生产的第七大省,茶叶贸易的第三大省。同时,安徽茶产业在解决就业及经济发展中也有着举足轻重的作用。安徽茶叶有着悠久的历史,从唐代开始,就有各种名茶的生产,如黄芽、六安茶和天柱茶,目前已经发展到了100多种,共分为四大类:即绿茶、红茶、黄茶和花茶。作为一种重要的经济作物,茶产业在安徽有着很好的优势和特色。从1998年开...
