《中国产业政策制定过程》汉译实践报告

　　美国国际战略研究中心是美国具有保守色彩的重要战略和政策研究机构,素有“强硬路线者之家”和“冷战智库”之称。近年,它加强了对亚太、中国和台湾地区的研究,在对外政策方面的主张较前温和,是对共和党政府具有重大影响力的思想库之一。本篇翻译实践报告源语文本选自桂林市政府数字传播与文化软实力研究中心与广西师范大学的合作项目其中的一篇报告-《中国产业政策制定过程》,作者安耐德（Nathaniel Ahrens）,主要介绍了中国产业政策制定过程中的参与者、法律体系架构、过程、影响过程和途径。本翻译实践报告包括五个部分:第一章是引言,简单介绍翻译项目来源、主要内容和意义以及本实践报告的结构;第二章是实践过程,有译前准备、翻译过程与翻译质量控制;第三章简要说明了“理解、表达、取舍”框架,本报告主要采用该框架兼顾其他相关理论;第四章结合“理解、表达、取舍”框架对翻译过程展开案例分析;第五章笔者总结了本次翻译实践的收获与不足之处。本翻译实践报告反映该权威机构所代表的一些美国人对中国产业结构发展所持的态度,也让我们从中了解中国产业政策的优点与不足,这对中国制定更适于国内产业发展甚至影响世界产业发展,带动世界经济...
