长春市金汇典当有限公司的服务营销策略研究

【摘要】:随着我国金融业务的逐渐普及壮大,对外开放力度逐渐深入的环境下,如何进一步理顺日常管理工作,进一步实现精细化管理的目的,将直接决定着金融机构发展的最终效果。因此,金融化管理已经成为国内公认的核心所在。如何有效开展金融行业发展,是否能够真实提供更加真实效果,必然会引起社会公众的非常关注。长春市是吉林省省会,而开展典当行业发展已经成为其金融业发展的一部分。结合长春市典当行业发展提升行业服务品质,更能适应目前民间融资的新需求和新形势。从目前企业日常服务的现实情况而言,需要不断提升目前服务的品质,必须针对目前在企业管理进程中的实践情况进行认真审视,从而能够为长春市金融业的顺利开展提供更多有益地帮助,推动尝试金融业逐渐向科学化发展。本文主要旨在通过研究,借助核心竞争力理论的基础性发展,借助更多的金融学、竞争优势理论、价值链理论等实际研究成果,以长春市金汇典当有限公司的服务营销进行SWOT分析,进一步分析科学化管理在针对长春市金汇典当有限公司目前施行培育服务营销核心竞争力的促进机理,从价值链的角度界定了在长春地区核心竞争力的内涵和特征,进一步探讨出长春市典当行业发展的内在价值属性及其特点,从业务流程和业务运作管理角度进一步确立其典当的内、外部价值链条所在,而基于价值链思想和长春市金汇典当有限公司从资源要素、能力要素和环境要素三个层面进行核心竞争力影响要素分析模型,并进而借助其典当行整体价值链的优化,充分挖掘出价值链中的相关行业外价值,进一步创造出其内在特殊的价值链,从而在本质上提升长春市典当行业外的核心竞争力。在实际研究过程中,借助笔者的深入思考尽可能对于长春市典当行业的发展情况进行有效梳理,提出切合实际的真知灼见,为长春市典当行业有所扶持和助力。
[Abstract]:With the gradual popularization and expansion of our financial business and the deepening opening to the outside world, how to further rationalize the daily management work and further achieve the purpose of fine management. Therefore, financial management has become the core of domestic recognition. How to effectively carry out the development of the financial industry, whether it can provide more real results. Changchun is the capital of Jilin Province, and the development of pawn industry has become a part of the development of its financial industry. More adapt to the current private financing needs and new situation. From the current business daily service reality, need to continue to improve the quality of current services. It is necessary to carefully examine the current practice in the process of enterprise management, so as to provide more beneficial help for the smooth development of the financial industry in Changchun. The main purpose of this paper is to promote the scientific development of the financial industry by means of research, with the help of the basic development of the core competence theory, and with more finance and competitive advantage theory. Value chain theory and other practical research results, with Changchun Jinhui pawnshop Co., Ltd. service marketing SWOT analysis. Further analysis of scientific management in Changchun Jinhui pawnshop Co., Ltd., the current implementation of service marketing core competitiveness promotion mechanism. From the point of view of value chain, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of the core competitiveness in Changchun area, and further discusses the intrinsic value attributes and characteristics of the development of the pawn industry in Changchun. From the point of view of business process and business operation management, further establish the internal and external value chain of pawn, while based on the thought of value chain and Changchun Jinhui pawn Co., Ltd., from the resource elements. Ability factors and environmental factors of three levels of core competitiveness factors analysis model, and then with its pawnshop overall value chain optimization, fully excavated the value of relevant industries in the value chain. Further create its intrinsic special value chain, so as to improve the essence of Changchun pawn industry outside the core competitiveness. In the actual research process. With the help of the author's in-depth thinking, as far as possible for Changchun pawn industry development effectively comb, put forward practical insights, for Changchun pawn industry to support and help.
