人民币国际化进程中商业银行跨国经营策略研究

【摘要】:自2009年我国成功启动了跨境贸易人民币结算业务试点以来,人民币国际化进展迅速,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》明确提出:“有序实现人民币资本项目可兑换,提高可兑换、可自由使用程度,稳步推进人民币国际化,推进人民币资本走出去。”人民币国际化不仅对中国经济全球化发展进程具有里程碑意义,也对国际金融体系改革历程具有实质性意义。我国商业银行作为金融市场的主体、货币流通的中介,在人民币国际化进程中发挥着不可替代的作用。抓住人民币国际化的战略机遇进行跨国经营,是商业银行应对国内激烈竞争、提升国际竞争力、取得长足发展的必由之路。本文首先从理论层面把握银行跨国经营动因,并基于货币替代、金融深化、最优货币区等理论,阐释了商业银行在人民币国际化背景下进行跨国经营的必然性及两者之间相互影响的关系,为本文的写作奠定理论基础。进而在研究人民币国际化背景下商业银行跨国经营现状的基础上,客观地分析人民币国际化背景下商业银行跨国经营有哪些显著特点。接着全面剖析当前我国商业银行跨国经营的优势和劣势、机会和威胁,认为人民币国际化为我国商业银行跨国经营提供了原发性通道,有助于业务结构的国际化调整,也有利于提高自身的竞争力。另外,我国商业银行在人民币国际化背景下进行跨国经营时间较短,实践经验有所欠缺。而美国、日本的银行分别在美元、日元国际化背景下积累了较多的跨国经营经验,研究美元、日元国际化进程中的银行跨国经营实践,不仅可以清晰地看到货币国际化与银行跨国经营之间如何协同发展,为我国商业银行在人民币国际化背景下进行跨国经营提供经验借鉴,同时也能够看到美国、日本跨国经营程度较高的银行竞争力何在,从而有针对性的进行跨国经营。最后,为商业银行在人民币国际化背景下进行跨国经营提出战略建议:区域战略上,加大走出去力度,构建全球服务网络,在布局上注重契合人民币国际化路径,遵循以贸易伙伴为切入点,向周边国家推进,兼顾欧美发达国家和地区,同时加深与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区合作;业务战略上,在做强基础业务的同时,注重业务创新,提供差异化、个性化的服务;经营战略上,努力推进内外联动和集团一体化发展,不断增强商业银行在东道国本地的发展能力,使得商业银行的跨国经营从“走出去”到“走进去”;风险管理战略上,完善风险控制系统,加强风险管理,坚持稳健审慎的发展策略,使商业银行跨国经营实现稳定发展。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, China successfully launched the cross-border trade RMB settlement business pilot, RMB internationalization has made rapid progress. The outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China clearly states: "in an orderly manner, RMB capital accounts can be converted and convertibility enhanced." "RMB internationalization is not only a milestone in the development of China's economic globalization, but also a steady advance in the internationalization of RMB and the development of RMB capital," he said. China's commercial banks, as the main body of the financial market, the intermediary of the circulation of money. In the process of RMB internationalization, it plays an irreplaceable role. To seize the strategic opportunity of RMB internationalization to conduct transnational operations is for commercial banks to cope with fierce domestic competition and enhance international competitiveness. The only way to make great progress is to grasp the motivation of transnational operation of banks from the theoretical level, and based on the theory of currency substitution, financial deepening, optimal currency area and so on. This paper expounds the inevitability of transnational operation of commercial banks under the background of RMB internationalization and the relationship between the two. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper, and then on the basis of studying the current situation of commercial banks' transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization. This paper objectively analyzes the characteristics of commercial banks' transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization, and then comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of our commercial banks' transnational operations. It is believed that RMB internationalization provides a primary channel for the transnational operation of Chinese commercial banks, helps to adjust the international business structure, and also helps to improve their own competitiveness. Under the background of internationalization of RMB, Chinese commercial banks have short time of transnational operation and lack of practical experience, while the banks of the United States and Japan are respectively in US dollars. Under the background of Japanese yen internationalization, we have accumulated more experience of transnational operation, and studied the practice of transnational operation of banks in the process of internationalization of US dollar and Japanese yen. Not only can we clearly see how to coordinate the development between currency internationalization and bank transnational operation, but also can see the United States for our commercial banks to carry out transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization. Where is the competitiveness of the Japanese banks with high degree of transnational operation, so as to conduct transnational operations. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for commercial banks to carry out transnational operations under the background of RMB internationalization: regional strategy. Step up to go out, build a global service network, focus on the layout of the RMB internationalization path, follow the trading partners as the entry point, to the surrounding countries, taking into account the developed countries and regions in Europe and the United States. At the same time, deepen cooperation with countries and regions along "Belt and Road"; In business strategy, while strengthening the basic business, we should pay attention to business innovation and provide differentiated and personalized services. In terms of management strategy, we should make great efforts to promote the development of internal and external linkage and group integration, constantly strengthen the development ability of commercial banks in the host country, and make the transnational operation of commercial banks go from "going out" to "going in"; On the risk management strategy, we should perfect the risk control system, strengthen the risk management, adhere to the prudent development strategy, so that the commercial banks can realize the stable development of transnational operation.
