云投生态股份公司财务风险分析与防范

【摘要】：在国际竞争力日益渐强的压力下,越是要实现发展计划、增强国力,就越要重视农业的发展。农业上市公司作为我国农业生产的主力军,维持其良好的发展状态,是对所有农业生产企业的鼓励,也是促进社会进步、提高国民幸福度的坚定力量。在我国推动社会主义市场经济的政策下,农业上市公司有了很大的自主发展空间。在追求扩大规模、实现公司价值最大化的趋势下,一定会发生融资、投资、营运等相关的经济活动,随之而来的不仅是预期可能获得的收益,也产生了客观存在的不可避免的财务风险。其程度的高低直接决定公司预期收益与实际收益的差距大小,影响公司今后的发展趋势。中小板农业上市公司的资金底蕴较少,技术与制度水平较低,其对财务风险的控制能力较弱。如果不能及时财务预警,采取有效的防范对策,财务风险将对公司的发展带来很大的危机。因此,本文致力于以学者的研究成果为依据,对中小板农业上市中的云南云投生态环境科技股份有限公司进行财务风险分析。首先,通过财务报表主要数据和主要财务指标对公司的基本财务状况进行分析与了解;其次,以其2011年至2015年的财务数据为基础,运用财务比率分析法与F1分数模型进行测度,得出单方面及全面的财务数据指标,将两种方法所得的结果互补结合,分析该公司五年间的财务变动情况,探讨其财务状况存在的问题,并从公司的外部因素、内部因素中找出导致问题形成原因;最后,从公司的内、外部环境出发,总结提出防范财务风险的有效对策。通过数据测度可知,云投生态总体财务状况不稳定,财务风险总体水平有上升趋势。具体来说,公司的短期债务大,净现金流量少;营业收入不稳定,盈利持续性低;应收账款与存货周转速度低;销售增长能力差,发展能力波动大等。如果不提高资产流动性、降低负债压力、增加获利能力等,公司的财务风险就有增大趋势。由此,本文建议公司做出完善产业结构、优化预警体系、降低负债压力、提高营业收入等改善。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of increasing international competitiveness, the more we want to realize the development plan and enhance our national strength, the more we must attach importance to the development of agriculture. As the main force of our country's agricultural production, agricultural listed companies maintain their good development state. It is an encouragement to all agricultural production enterprises and a firm force to promote social progress and enhance the happiness of the people. Under the policy of promoting the socialist market economy in our country, Agricultural listed companies have a lot of room for independent development. Under the trend of pursuing the expansion of scale and maximizing the value of the companies, there will definitely be related economic activities such as financing, investment, operation, etc. What follows is not only the expected income, but also the inevitable financial risk, which directly determines the gap between the expected income and the actual return. It will affect the development trend of the company in the future. The small and medium board agricultural listed companies have less capital information, lower technical and institutional level, and weak ability to control the financial risk. If they cannot timely financial early warning, they should take effective preventive measures. The financial risk will bring a great crisis to the development of the company. Therefore, based on the research results of the scholars, this paper analyzes the financial risk of Yunnan Yuntuo Ecological Environment Science and Technology Co., Ltd., which is listed on the small and medium board agriculture market. The basic financial situation of the company is analyzed and understood through the main data and main financial indicators of the financial statements. Secondly, based on the financial data from 2011 to 2015, the financial ratio analysis method and the F1 score model are used to measure the financial situation of the company. Get unilateral and comprehensive financial data indicators, combine the results of the two methods, analyze the financial changes of the company over the past five years, discuss the problems existing in its financial situation, and discuss the external factors of the company. Finally, from the internal and external environment of the company, summarized and put forward effective countermeasures to prevent financial risks. Through the data measurement, we can know that the overall financial situation of cloud investment ecosystem is unstable. The overall level of financial risk has an upward trend. Specifically, the company has large short-term debt, low net cash flow, unstable operating income, low profitability, low turnover rate of accounts receivable and inventory, poor sales growth capacity, If we do not increase the liquidity of assets, reduce the pressure on liabilities, increase profitability, etc, the financial risk of the company will increase. Therefore, this paper suggests that the company should improve the industrial structure and optimize the early warning system. Reduce debt pressure, improve operating income and so on.
