坚戈汇率变动对哈国影响研究

根据哈萨克斯坦共和国总统的法令开始引入滕。1993年11月12日的“关于引入本国货币”。从11月15日起,坚戈开始作为一种新的支付方式和账户单位在国内申请。《坚戈导言》是独立哈萨克斯坦发展史上最突出的篇章之一。目前我们可以领略到它对我国现在和未来的历史意义。无有本国货币,不仅不可能实行独立的经济政策。还要确定一个国家自身发展道路的选择,确保真正的主权,保护国家和经济利益。1995年是众所周知哈萨克斯坦经济发展的主要和积极成果。1995年,经济衰退放缓,通货膨胀水平大幅下降。那年的结果表明,使用货币政策工具,可以影响通货膨胀水平,降低其货币构成。从那年以来,政策性贷款已停止发放。对经济的贷款功能从国家银行转移到二级银行。它开始履行中央银行的货币和货币监管职能,主要是为了维持二级银行的流动性而向二级银行贷款。那年的一个重要事件是哈萨克斯坦的纸币工厂开业,银行间外汇市场的诞生和发展,向电子交易系统（ETS）的过渡。1996年,从来第一次哈萨克斯坦发展史上。国内生产总值增长,通货膨胀率和坚戈汇率贬值显著下降。哈萨克斯坦是独联体中第一个在资产分类、管理质量、新会计原则和会计计划等方面采用银行体系...
