单层厂房改造中的空间整合与功能重塑

【摘要】：西安某钢厂改造为创意产业园需对工业厂房内部空间的改造,在满足新功能需求的情况下,采用保持空间原结构、加建局部空间、整体空间重塑等三种形式,作为展演会议、办公商务、休闲创意、产业服务及艺术创作等用途,并进一步提出了单层厂房改造再利用的五方面注意事项。
[Abstract]:The transformation of a steel plant in Xi'an into a creative industrial park requires the transformation of the inner space of the industrial plant. Under the condition of satisfying the new functional requirements, three forms are adopted: maintaining the original structure of the space, adding local space and remolding the whole space. As an exhibition meeting, office commerce, leisure creativity, industrial service and artistic creation, the paper also puts forward five points for attention in the reconstruction and reuse of single-story factory building.
