【摘要】:城市地铁车站相关联的地下商业是伴随着城市地铁发展起来的一种商业空间。主要包含着交通性与商业性两大属性。城市地铁车站相关联地下商业空间设计可以分为城市环境整体设计、车站与商业空间组织、内部空间设计等几部分。因为其与地铁车站联系密切,便于人流到达。有着非常良好的交通条件和人流聚集的优势,逐渐得到了人们的重视。目前,在我国已开通地铁的上海、北京、台北等多个城市,地铁相关联的地下商业都发挥着日益重要作用,城市地铁车站与城市商业共同开发相互促进,已经成为一种趋势。论文运用纵、横向比较的方法。研究了中外地铁车站相关联的地下商业空间发展。探讨了对地铁关联地下商业空间发展有重要影响的环境心理学理论、人性化设计理论、行为理论等理论范畴,并进行归纳总结。论文建立了地铁车站关联地下商业空间研究框架,这一框架包含了影响因素和设计原则。本文从城市环境整体设计、车站与商业空间组织、内部空间设计三个部分,对我国地铁车站相关联地下商业空间存在的普遍性问题进行探讨。论文对问题产生的深层次原因与设计机制的问题进行分析归纳。笔者结合环境心理学理论和人性化设计理论提出解决的对策.该对策包括设计的基本原则、空间组织设计策略、整合城市环境设计策略、增强人性化与地域性设计策略等几个方面。在文章最后提出本文的结论,反思该类型空间现状,并对未来提出展望。
[Abstract]:City subway station associated with underground commercial is accompanied by a commercial space development of city subway. Mainly contains traffic and commercial properties. The two city subway station associated with the underground commercial space design can be divided into the overall design of city environment, the station and commercial space organization, interior space design of several parts. Because the subway station and close contact, to facilitate the flow of people. There is a very good traffic conditions and people gathering advantages, gradually get people's attention. At present, in our country has opened the subway in Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei and many other city, Metro associated underground commercial play an increasingly important role in the city. The subway station and the city commercial development jointly promote each other, has become a trend. The longitudinal and transverse comparison method. The research of Chinese and foreign subway station associated with underground commercial space Development is discussed. The development has the important influence on the related theories of environmental psychology of subway underground commercial space, humanization design theory, behavior theory category, and summarized. This paper established the subway station association of underground commercial space research framework, this framework includes the influence factors and design principles. This paper from the whole city environment the station design, and commercial space organization, interior space design of three parts, the general problems related to the combination of the underground commercial space of subway station in our country are discussed. The deep-seated causes and mechanisms of the design problems of the problems are analyzed and summarized. The author combine environmental psychology theory and humanized design theory put forward the countermeasures the countermeasures include the basic principles of design, space design strategy, integration of city environment design strategy, humanization and Regional Design Enhancement At the end of the article, we put forward the conclusion of this article, reflect on the status of this type of space, and make a prospect for the future.
