BIM技术应用于润泽苑工程施工中的若干问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国民经济的飞速发展,我国建筑行业得到了快速发展,大量造型复杂、设计新颖的居住建筑和公共建筑拔地而起。但与我国快速发展的建筑市场不相匹配的是建筑业的技术和管理水平更新相对缓慢,致使长期以来我国建筑业生产效率低下、资源浪费严重、信息化程度低。BIM即Building Information Modeling(建筑信息模型),是利用三维空间模型作为载体来整合工程的各类信息,并将这些信息在建筑设计、施工、运维阶段中应用分享。BIM技术中的可视化、模型性和协调性等特点为BIM技术在施工阶段的应用奠定了理论基础。本文在总结已有的BIM技术在施工阶段应用价值的基础上,以润泽苑工程为背景对鲁班BIM软件在施工阶段的应用进行了研究:(1)介绍了当前我国在施工阶段应用比较成熟的BIM软件——鲁班BIM,阐述了现阶段鲁班BIM技术在施工阶段的应用思路及实现方法;(2)针对润泽苑工程特点,建立了土建和机电安装三维空间模型;(3)利用鲁班BIM的“碰撞检查”功能,探讨了如何实现设计图纸中存在碰撞问题的提前发现,实现了润泽苑项目机电安装施工方案的优化。(4)利用鲁班BIM的“可视化”特点,实现了润泽苑工程图纸会审、三维技术交底、墙体预留孔洞精确定位、虚拟漫游、施工质量控制、实体工程量精确计算。本论文的研究成果为施工企业应用BIM技术提供了借鉴,有助于提高企业的施工技术和管理水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, China's construction industry has been rapid development, a large number of complex modeling. New residential buildings and public buildings have emerged, but the rapid development of the construction market in China does not match the technical and management level of the construction industry is relatively slow to update. For a long time, the production efficiency of construction industry in China has been low, and the waste of resources is serious. The information level is low. BIM is Building Information modeling (building information model). Three-dimensional space model is used as a carrier to integrate all kinds of engineering information, and this information is used in the architectural design, construction, operation and maintenance stages of sharing the visualization of .BIM technology. The characteristics of modeling and coordination have laid a theoretical foundation for the application of BIM technology in the construction phase. This paper summarizes the value of the existing BIM technology in the construction phase. On the background of Runze Yuan Project, this paper studies the application of Luban BIM software in the construction phase. It introduces the BIM software Luban BIM, which is mature in the construction phase in our country at present. This paper expounds the application thought and realization method of Luban BIM technology in the construction stage at the present stage. (2) according to the characteristics of Runze Garden, the three-dimensional space model of civil engineering and electromechanical installation is established. Using the function of "collision checking" of Luban BIM, this paper discusses how to realize the early detection of collision problems in design drawings. This paper realizes the optimization of mechanical and electrical installation construction scheme of Runze Yuan Project. It makes use of the "visualization" characteristic of Luban BIM to realize the examination of the drawing of Runze Garden Project, the intersection of 3D technology and the precise location of the wall reserved holes. Virtual roaming, construction quality control, and accurate calculation of entity engineering quantity. The research results of this paper provide a reference for construction enterprises to apply BIM technology, and help to improve the construction technology and management level of enterprises.
