大学新校区功能布局及交通特性分析

【摘要】：近年来为提高我国居民的教育水平,大中院校新生入学人数逐年增加,纷纷扩大了招生规模,同时为满足随之增加的教育教学需求,许多大学开展了新校区的建设工作。在大学新校区的建设和使用过程中,存在许多由于校园功能布局与交通系统协调性不足而导致的交通问题,机动车与非机动车、行人交通之间的冲突严重,停车设施不足、布局不合理等都给在校师生的学习和工作带来较大干扰。论文从新校区功能布局和交通特性分析两个角度进行研究,首先从大学功能的定义和功能发展,论证大学新校区的功能特点及功能定位模式,对大学新校区的功能构成要素进行分类研究,然后依据新校区的功能构成要素进行功能分区,并介绍不同功能区之间的联系,研究新校区功能布局的影响因素,进行新校区功能布局的协调性分析,提出中心辐射的布局模式、带状组团型的布局模式、多组团分散式的布局模式和节点网格式的功能布局模式四种新校区功能布局模式,对不同布局模式下的道路网形态进行相应的介绍与分析。另外,论文从交通的角度并考虑大学新校区交通出行特征,重点从步行交通、非机动车交通、道路网以及静态交通设施等方面对大学新校区的交通特性进行分析,提出与新校区功能布局模式相对应的四种路网布局模式:环形、棋盘形、鱼骨形、自由形。对于静态交通设施,从新校区功能分区的角度,参照有关城市建筑停车配建标准,结合校园交通的出行特点,针对不同的功能分区提出停车设施配建最低指标标准。论文的最后针对长安大学渭水校区进行实例分析,结合调查数据和有关资料分析渭水校区的功能布局以及新校区的交通特征,分析新校区的道路布局特征,结合新校区道路交通流线组织,针对重要冲突点和路段进行调查研究,提出将大学新校区规划与交通特性分析相结合的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to improve the education level of Chinese residents, the number of freshmen enrolled in universities and colleges has increased year by year, and the enrollment scale has been expanded one after another to meet the increasing educational and teaching needs. Many universities have carried out the construction of new campus. In the process of building and using the new campus, there are many traffic problems caused by the lack of coordination between campus function layout and traffic system. The conflict between motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle, pedestrian traffic is serious, and the parking facilities are insufficient. Unreasonable layout has brought great interference to the study and work of teachers and students. This paper studies the function layout and traffic characteristics of the new campus from two angles: the definition and function development of university function. The functional characteristics and functional positioning model of the new campus are demonstrated. The functional elements of the new campus are classified and divided according to the functional elements of the new campus. It also introduces the relationship between different functional areas, studies the influencing factors of the new campus functional layout, analyzes the coordination of the new campus functional layout, and puts forward the central radiation layout model and the zonal cluster layout model. Multi-group distributed layout mode and node grid functional layout mode four new campus functional layout mode, the different layout patterns of road network are introduced and analyzed. From the point of view of traffic and considering the characteristics of the new campus traffic travel, the paper focuses on the analysis of the traffic characteristics of the new campus from the aspects of walking traffic, non-motor traffic, road network and static transportation facilities. This paper proposes four road network layout modes corresponding to the new campus functional layout model: ring, chessboard, fishbone, free-form. For static traffic facilities, from the perspective of the new campus functional zoning. Referring to the parking standards of urban buildings, combined with the travel characteristics of campus traffic. According to different functional districts, the minimum index standard of parking facilities allocation is put forward. Finally, an example analysis of Weishui campus of Changan University is carried out. Based on the investigation data and related data, this paper analyzes the functional layout of Weishui campus and the traffic characteristics of the new campus, analyzes the road layout characteristics of the new campus, and combines with the road traffic streamline organization of the new campus. Based on the investigation of the important conflict points and road sections, the paper puts forward the suggestion of combining the planning of the new campus with the analysis of traffic characteristics.
