全域规划视角下的消防专项规划编制策略与实践——以广西北部湾经济区消防规划为例

【摘要】：随着城镇化的快速发展,地区消防安全问题日益受到社会关注。文章基于全域规划理念,对传统消防专项规划进行反思,指出其在规划范围、规划领域和规划层次上存在的问题,提出空间全域化、要素全域化和对象全域化的全域消防规划策略,并结合广西北部湾经济区消防规划实践,试图构建覆盖全域的消防专项规划编制体系,以期为相关研究和规划实践提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of regional fire safety has been paid more and more attention by the society. Based on the concept of global planning, this paper reflects on the traditional fire protection special planning and points out its scope of planning. The problems in the field of planning and the level of planning, put forward the global fire planning strategy of space, element and object, and combined with the fire planning practice of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. In order to provide reference for relevant research and planning practice, this paper attempts to construct a fire protection special planning system covering the whole area.
