基于景观都市主义的都江堰壹街区棕地景观优化及再生设计初探

【摘要】：随着城市产业结构的不断调整以及城市更新发展的需要,城市出现大量的废弃工厂、工业遗址,构成城市棕地。这不仅给城市环境和城市形象带来不良影响,而且还造成城市经济活力低下、环境污染严重,甚至阻滞城市发展。如何利用这些城市棕地现有土地与景观资源、如何较好的保留城市棕地的历史文化文脉、如何更好的激活城市棕地经济活力以及挖掘其在当今社会的特殊价值,这就需要以景观都市主义新思维介入城市棕地景观改造,把“景观”当做是自然及人文过程的基本载体,认为建筑和基础设施均是景观延续性的表现。同时以自然生态为基底、融合城市原有历史文脉、复合城市景观类型,让其成为一种新媒介,从而关注城市棕地模糊空间及动态过程,提升城市空间活力、把握城市场所文脉、激活社会经济,带动城市及城市棕地景观再次焕发新生。本文以景观都市主义思想为基础,试图解读景观都市主义的主要内涵,寻找其理论精髓对城市棕地景观再生设计体系构建、城市棕地景观再生设计具体手法的指导作用,探索在景观都市主义影响下城市棕地景观再生设计体系构建的主要决定因子；总结一套城市棕地景观再生设计体系构建的具体程序。尤其是对城市棕地景观再生设计手法上,通过对国内外相关案例的对比分析,总结出我国城市棕地景观再生设计的具体手法。最终,以都江堰壹街区棕地作为案例阐明解决我国城市棕地景观再生设计应采取的构建流程及具体设计手法。本文总结了景观都市主义视野下的都江堰壹街区棕地景观再生的具体设计流程,通过对壹街区原有的蒲阳滨河绿带及林盘植被、蒲阳河及人造水系、青城纸厂及田间道路、青城纸厂遗留构筑物、棕地主要视觉廊道进行因子的构建性分析,再利用千层图的形式将所有构建因子进行叠加归纳出棕地体系格局。通过整合体系多维系统及转化多层次功能的设计流程构建出壹街区棕地的主要功能分区,并专项对壹街区棕地的污染土壤进行再生性优化设计；对壹街区棕地的污染水源通过开挖人工河及人工湖的形式构建新水系；对壹街区范围内的林盘及植物群落进行保护性再生设计；对原青城纸厂遗留的构筑物通过景观耦合的方式转变为现代公共空间；并对整个棕地范围内的工业废弃料进行不同模式的再生利用。
[Abstract]:With the constant adjustment of the urban industrial structure and the need of urban renewal and development, a large number of abandoned factories and industrial sites appear in the city, which constitute the urban brown land, which not only brings adverse effects to the urban environment and the image of the city. It also causes low economic vitality, serious environmental pollution, and even block urban development. How to make use of the existing land and landscape resources in these cities, and how to better preserve the historical and cultural context of urban brown land. How to better activate the economic vitality of urban brown land and tap its special value in today's society, which requires the new thinking of landscape urbanism to intervene in the transformation of urban brown landscape. The "landscape" is regarded as the basic carrier of the natural and humanistic process, and the architecture and infrastructure are both the performance of the continuity of the landscape. At the same time, the natural ecology is taken as the base, and the original historical context of the city is integrated. Compound urban landscape type, let it become a new medium, so as to focus on urban brown space and the dynamic process of fuzzy space, improve the vitality of urban space, grasp the context of urban places, activate the social economy. Based on the idea of landscape urbanism, this paper tries to interpret the main connotation of landscape urbanism. To find its theoretical essence of urban brown landscape regeneration design system construction, urban brown landscape regeneration design specific methods of guiding role. To explore the main determinants of urban brown landscape regeneration design system under the influence of landscape urbanism; Summarize a set of urban brown landscape regeneration design system construction specific procedures, especially for urban brown landscape regeneration design methods, through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign related cases. Summarize the specific methods of urban brown landscape regeneration design. Finally. Taking the brown land of Dujiangyan first block as a case study, this paper illustrates the construction process and concrete design methods to solve the problem of urban brown landscape regeneration design in our country. This paper summarizes the brown landscape of Dujiangyan first block under the view of landscape urbanism. The specific design process of regeneration. Based on the original Puyang riverside green belt and forest plate vegetation, Puyang River and artificial water system, Qingcheng Paper Factory and field roads, Qingcheng Paper Factory legacy structure, brown land main visual corridor factors construction analysis. Then all the building factors are superimposed to form the brown land system pattern by using the multi-layer map, and the main functional zoning of one-block brown land is constructed by integrating the multi-dimensional system of the system and transforming the multi-level function design process. The regenerative optimization design of polluted soil in one block brown land is also carried out. A new water system is constructed by excavating artificial rivers and artificial lakes in the polluted water source of brown land in the first block. The protective regeneration design of forest and plant community in the area of one block was carried out. The structure left over from the former Qingcheng Paper Factory is transformed into modern public space by the way of landscape coupling. The industrial waste material in the whole brown field was reused in different modes.
