规划监督测量在城市建设中的应用

【摘要】：随着科技和经济的不断发展,我国的城市化建设也在大跨步的前进,在城市化建设过程中,城市规划是非常重要的,城市规划是确保城市科学、合理、有序的建设发展的基本前提[1]。规划监督测量为城市规划部门的规划设计、决策、执法等提供准确可靠、现势的基础地理信息数据的测量。它为城市规划、市政工程、建筑建设与施工,城市管理、土地的开发与利用,灾害预防和科学研究等方面提供了有力的测绘资料,不断满足城市现代化建设发展的需求[2]。规划监督测量在实际的工程建设过程中,起到了至关重要的作用,并且贯穿整个工程建设的始终,从最初期的建构筑物的灰线放验线、到施工过程中的正负零验线,直至整个建筑封顶并且完成外立面的装修装饰的竣工验收测量。一整套流程的规划监督测量为工程施工的有序进行提供的有力的保障[3]。本文通过相关工程实例,主要介绍了城市规划监督测量中比较常用的建筑物定位放样测量、验线测量以及竣工验收测量的相关应用。

The basic premise of orderly construction and development [1] .Planning supervision and survey provides accurate and reliable measurement of basic geographic information data for urban planning departments, such as planning and design, decision making, law enforcement, etc. It is for urban planning, municipal engineering, etc. Building construction and construction, urban management, land development and utilization, disaster prevention and scientific research, etc., provide powerful surveying and mapping data, Continuously meet the needs of the development of urban modernization [2] .Planning supervision and survey plays a vital role in the actual construction process, and throughout the whole construction, from the initial period of the construction of the gray line inspection line, To the positive and negative zero inspection lines in the construction process, Until the whole building is sealed and the finished acceptance survey of the decoration and decoration of the outer facade is completed. The whole set of process planning supervision and survey provides a powerful guarantee for the orderly construction of the project [3]. This paper mainly introduces the relative applications of building positioning and lofting survey, line checking survey and completion acceptance survey, which are commonly used in urban planning supervision survey.
