基于保护的苏州“古建老宅”功能置换设计研究

【摘要】：苏州是中国著名的历史文化名城,大量的文保单位和控保建筑散布在城市的各个角落,然而近年来随着城市更新的加速,这些珍贵的传统建筑正面临着自然和人为破坏的危险,为此苏州市政府决定实施“苏州古建老宅保护修缮工程”,全力保护这些传统建筑。回顾“古建老宅”工程首批12处试点项目,其中9处老宅都通过功能置换进行了活化保护,在保护修缮的同时,通过合理利用挖掘了这些建筑的全面价值。功能置换作为“古建老宅”保护和再利用的一种有效方式,涉及到保护和利用的平衡,牵涉到政府、公众、开发商等多方的利益,功能置换的决策过程和技术支撑是人们关注的焦点。本文基于有机更新的理论提出了功能置换方式在苏州“古建老宅”活化保护中的重要作用,通过苏州“古建老宅”特点和价值的总结分析了其对功能置换的适应性,同时在苏州“古建老宅”工程已完成项目的实地调查和国内外其他相关案例经验总结的基础上,进一步论证了功能置换方式对于保护的效能和可行性。其次,详细解读了“老宅”置换过程中影响功能定位的主要因素以及作用机制;最后,结合大量实际案例,尝试建立“老宅”功能置换中由修缮设计、改造设计、室内设计、环境设计和技术设计构成的置换设计体系。希望借此能够为苏州“古建老宅”保护修缮工程提供决策和技术支持。
[Abstract]:Suzhou is a famous historical and cultural city in China. A large number of civil insurance units and control and protection buildings are scattered in every corner of the city. However, with the acceleration of urban renewal in recent years, these precious traditional buildings are facing the danger of natural and man-made destruction. For this reason, the Suzhou Municipal Government has decided to carry out the "Protection and repair Project for Old buildings in Suzhou" and to protect these traditional buildings with all its strength. Review the first 12 pilot projects of the "Old Building and Old House" project, among which 9 old houses have been activated and protected through functional replacement. At the same time of protecting and repairing, the comprehensive value of these buildings is excavated through rational utilization. As an effective way of protecting and reusing "ancient buildings and old houses," function replacement involves the balance of protection and utilization, involving the government and the public. The decision process and technical support of function replacement are the focus of people's attention. Based on the theory of organic renewal, this paper puts forward the important role of function replacement in the activation and protection of "ancient buildings and old houses" in Suzhou. Through summing up and analyzing the characteristics and value of the old house in Suzhou, this paper analyzes its adaptability to the function replacement, and on the basis of the field investigation of the completed project of the old house in Suzhou and the summary of other relevant cases at home and abroad, It further demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of functional replacement for protection. Secondly, it explains in detail the main factors and mechanism that affect the functional positioning in the process of "Old House" replacement. Finally, combined with a large number of practical cases, Try to establish "old house" function replacement by repair design, renovation design, interior design, The replacement design system composed of environmental design and technical design. It is hoped that this system can provide decision and technical support for the protection and repair project of the old house in Suzhou.
