新型混凝土横孔空心砌块及砌体抗压性能研究
[Abstract]:At present, the concrete block building develops rapidly in our country, and the application of concrete vertical hole block is more common. However, the performance of vertical hole block is poor in heat preservation and insulation, anti-seepage performance, and it is not convenient to arrange pipes. These unfavorable factors cause the function of concrete block building to be damaged, and bring obstacle to people's psychology and sense. Aiming at a series of shortcomings of vertical-hole block, a new type of concrete cross-hole hollow block is proposed in this paper. The block has many advantages, such as anti-seepage, anti-crack, convenient arrangement of pipeline and so on through unique structural design. In this paper, the relationship between nominal concrete compressive strength and block compressive strength, and between block compressive strength and masonry compressive strength is preliminarily explored, and the compressive strength of masonry blocks with different levelling methods is studied. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the relationship between the average compressive strength of masonry block and the nominal concrete compressive strength of block is obtained through the compressive tests of masonry blocks with different nominal compressive strength. The compressive strength of the cross-hole hollow block produced in the previous period is compared with that of the block used in this test. The test results show that the compressive strength of the concrete block has been improved by improving the compressive strength of the block. Secondly, the relationship between the compressive strength of masonry and the compressive strength of block is studied by the compression test of block masonry with different compressive strength. The research shows that the code formula is not suitable for the calculation of compressive strength of cross-hole hollow block masonry, and through statistical analysis of compressive strength data of masonry, a reasonable formula for calculating the average value of compressive strength of masonry is obtained. Furthermore, the influence of different levelling methods on the compressive strength of block is studied through the compression test of cross-hole block with different levelling methods. The test results show that the compressive strength of block with different leveling methods is different. Finally, the finite element simulation analysis of block with different levelling methods is carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the bearing force value and stress distribution diagram of the block are obtained. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the block obtained by the finite element simulation is close to that of the test block, which verifies the accuracy of the numerical model and provides a theoretical basis for the further study of the compressive strength of the cross-hole hollow block and masonry.
