【摘要】:计量器具型式评价是指为确定计量器具型式可否予以批准,或是否应当签发拒绝批准文件,而对该计量器具的型式进行的一种检查。其目的是为型式批准提供技术数据和技术评价,作为给予或拒绝给予所申请的计量器具型式批准的依据。计量器具型式评价直接影响着型式批准的结果,同时也在很大程度上决定了生产领域内生产产品的质量。型式评价对于法定计量检定机构有着重要的意义,而传统的工作模式并不能保证型式评价工作的及时性、有效性和规范性。为了提高辽宁省计量科学研究院型式评价工作的有效性,规范型式评价业务流程,加强对型式评价工作的管理,建立高效的型式评价管理系统是十分必要的。 基于对型式评价信息化流程的研究和分析,本文设计并实现了型式评价管理系统。系统由业务管理子系统、研究所管理子系统、质量管理子系统和财务管理子系统组成。系统采用C/S三层体系结构,使用Microsoft Visual Studio2008作为开发工具,开发语言为C#,数据库服务器采用Oracle10g。本系统利用.Net Remoting技术实现了分布式通信,利用FTP技术实现了资源与文件共享和集中管理,利用BarTender实现了样品条码的设计与打印,利用ADO.NET、存储过程、事务机制等实现了数据的访问与操作,同时采用了COM组件、电子签名等技术实现了型式评价业务的信息自动化。本系统按照各部门人员的职责范围对系统功能进行了严格的权限控制,同时在程序上规范了型式评价业务流程。 本文首先介绍了系统的开发背景和目的,然后介绍了开发系统使用的相关技术。按照软件开发流程,本文对系统进行了详尽的需求分析,包括型式评价信息化流程分析、系统功能分析和数据流分析;然后对系统进行了总体架构设计和功能模块设计,并进一步设计了系统数据库;基于系统设计,本文详细介绍了系统主要功能模块的实现及使用的关键技术;最后,介绍了系统的单元测试、集成测试、确认测试和系统测试。经过测试,本系统基本满足用户的所有功能性需求及非功能性需求,很好地规范了型式评价业务流程,提高了型式评价的及时性、有效性。
[Abstract]:Evaluation of the measuring instrument model refers to determine the type of measuring instruments can be approved, or whether it should issue a check refused approval documents, and the type of measuring instruments. The purpose is to provide technical data and technical evaluation for type approval, approved as instruments of measurement to give or to refuse to grant the application basis type of measuring instruments. The evaluation results directly affect the type approval, but also determines the quality of the products in the field of production to a great extent. Type evaluation is of great significance to the legal metrological verification institution, and the traditional work mode and cannot guarantee the pattern evaluation of the timeliness, effectiveness and standardization in order to improve. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Liaoning Institute of metrology work type, specification of type evaluation of business processes, strengthen the type of evaluation management, the establishment of high efficiency Type evaluation management system is very necessary.
Research and analysis of the types of information evaluation based on process, this paper designed and implemented a type evaluation management system. The system consists of business management subsystem, management subsystem research, quality management system and financial management subsystem. The system adopts C/S three layer architecture, using Microsoft Visual Studio2008 as a development tool, the development of language C#, database server using Oracle10g. the system uses.Net Remoting technology to realize distributed communication, realize resource and file sharing and centralized management by using FTP technology, using BarTender to achieve the design and printing, bar code samples using ADO.NET, stored procedure, transaction mechanism to achieve access and manipulate data, while using the COM component the electronic signature technology to achieve automatic information type evaluation business. This system is in accordance with the scope of responsibilities of the personnel system The function is strictly controlled by the authority, and the type evaluation business process is standardized on the program.
This paper introduces the system development background and purpose, and then introduces the related technology development system. According to the software development process, this paper carried out a detailed analysis of the demand of the system, including the analysis of information flow pattern evaluation, system function analysis and data flow analysis; then the overall architecture design and function module design of the system further, the design of the system database; based on the system design, this paper introduces the implementation and application of key technology of the main function module of the system; finally, introduces the system unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and system testing. After testing, the system can satisfy the users all the functional requirements and non functional requirements well, the standard type evaluation of business process, improve the type of evaluation of the timeliness, effectiveness.
