【摘要】：借鉴世界网球强国成功经验,数量充足的高水平后备人才持续供给是根本保障。因此,中国网球运动持续健康发展离不开青少年后备人才队伍建设。近年来合肥市网球运动蓬勃发展,其中安徽女子网球注册选手朱琳打进2017年澳网正赛,以及安徽女子网球队首次夺得2016年全国网球团体锦标赛冠军,为安徽网球实现了重大的历史突破,同时群众网球运动不断普及。在取得成绩的同时,合肥市网球运动发展也存在一些客观问题。基于此,本文以合肥市青少年业余网球运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、数理统计法等方法,以合肥市网球协会各理事单位培训班、合肥市网球俱乐部和学校业余网球运动员、教练员为抽样问卷调查对象,共收集有效问卷217份,其中运动员188份,教练员29份。并对分管网球项目的相关领导、领队等进行采访。对调查的数据信息进行系统的统计和分析,力图真实客观反映出合肥市青少年业余网球运动员培养的现状,并对存在的问题提出针对性对策,继而为进一步推动合肥市青少年网球运动的健康发展提供理论依据。通过对合肥市青少年业余网球运动员培养现状的调研和分析得出以下结论:1.合肥市青少年业余网球运动员学训矛盾突出。文化课和升学的压力,导致参与网球运动的青少年较少,青少年业余网球运动员后备人才队伍不足。2.合肥市从事青少年业余网球运动员训练的教练员多以自身经验判断为主而进行选材,缺乏有组织有规模的科学化选材方式。3.家庭经济条件的制约,导致很多合肥市普通工薪家庭无法正常满足青少年参与业余网球运动训练的需求。4.合肥市体育部门在宣传和普及网球运动方面力度不足,造成网球社会化程度不高,尚未形成良好的网球运动发展氛围。5.合肥市区可利用的网球场地较少且利用率较低,市内大部分高校网球场地不对外开放,造成网球场地空闲,资源浪费。6.合肥市从事青少年业余网球训练的教练员管理体系不健全,教练员执教水平和队伍建设尚需要提高。7.省市网球协会尚未充分发挥其职能作用,各种类型的青少年业余网球比赛举办较少。
[Abstract]:From the successful experience of world tennis power, high level talents a sufficient number of continuous supply is the fundamental guarantee.
