【摘要】:越南鞋类产品一直属于越南出口主要产品之一。越南鞋类行业的出口额占全国出口总额的10%左右。至2016年,全世界鞋类生产量最多的4个国家分别为中国、印度、巴西、越南。不过,越南皮革鞋类出口价值排在全世界第3名,只排在中国和意大利后面。越南皮革鞋类产品已经出口到50多个国家。虽然越南鞋类出口额每年都增加,虽然越南鞋类出口额每年都不断地增加,但是大多数鞋类企业都属于加工商,不能主动原材料生产方面,同时成本与科技方面也收到限制,统计表明,60%用于生产鞋类产品的原材料是从国外进口过来。同时,世界各国特别是亚洲地区的价格竞争越来越激烈。具有行业特殊优势,中国的出口产品价格又便宜又有主动性在原材料方面。越南虽然没有该优势,不过根据中国最近几年来的政策,逐渐停止投资生产加工行业如鞋类行业而集中投资高科技行业,因此将来会有大量国际订单转移到越南。目前泰国、印度尼西亚等其他国家的鞋类行业也发展很快。另外,越南企业需要面对国内外资企业和外国企业的竞争。在此情况下,越南鞋类行业必须要有及时的提升竞争力方案才可以在国际经济体存在。因此各企业需要定位产品发展方向、生产高质量产品、建立品牌名誉、注重款式设计方面以及改进生产科技机械,同时,为了各行业在生产原材料方面能够得到主动性,政府部门也需要拥有合适的开发方案。
[Abstract]:Vietnamese footwear products have always been one of the main products exported by Vietnam. The exports of Vietnamese footwear industry accounted for about 10% of the total export value of the country until 2016. The top four countries in the world are China, India, Brazil and Vietnam. However, Vietnam ranks third in the value of leather footwear exports in the world. Only behind China and Italy. Vietnamese leather footwear products have been exported to more than 50 countries. Although Vietnamese footwear exports increase every year, Vietnamese footwear exports continue to increase every year. But most footwear enterprises belong to the processors, can not take the initiative in raw material production, at the same time, the cost and technology are also limited, statistics show. 60% the raw materials used in the production of footwear products are imported from abroad. At the same time, the price competition among countries in the world, especially in Asia, is becoming more and more fierce. China's exports are cheap and proactive in raw materials. Vietnam does not have this advantage, but under Chinese policy in recent years. Gradually stop investing in production and processing industries such as footwear and concentrate on high-tech industries, so there will be a large number of international orders transferred to Vietnam in the future. Currently Thailand. The footwear industry in other countries, such as Indonesia, is also growing rapidly. In addition, Vietnamese enterprises have to face competition from both foreign and domestic enterprises. Vietnam's footwear industry must have timely competitiveness enhancement programs in order to exist in the international economy. Therefore, enterprises need to position the direction of product development, produce high-quality products and build brand reputation. Emphasis is placed on style design and improved production technology and machinery, and in order for industries to be proactive in the production of raw materials, government departments also need to have appropriate development plans.
