【摘要】:砌体结构作为一种传统而古老的建筑结构形式,因易于就地取材、运输方便、施工简单等,目前仍被我国村镇居民大量使用。然而,砌体结构房屋又由于整体稳定性差,最容易遭受地震损伤破坏,在历次大地震中均出现了大面积破坏或坍塌。因此,研究开发经济实用且抗震性能良好的装配式整体式圈梁构造柱技术成为提高村镇砌体结构房屋的有效途径,同时也满足国家目前大力提倡的建筑工业化要求和美丽乡村建设的政策。本文主要包括以下几方面内容:(1)通过大量实地调研获得西南地区典型村镇民用砌体结构房屋的构造特征和使用情况,统计归纳各类砌体结构房屋建筑特征、施工工艺,以及分析其受力性能和抗震性能;(2)基于僻远农村地区房屋构造特征、经济条件和建造技术水平,在不改变传统房屋地区特色、民族特色和经济适用的基础上,利用钢管混凝土的优良力学性能提出操作简单、施工方便、受力和抗震性能良好的村镇民用建筑装配整体式圈梁构造柱建造技术;(3)通过低周往复加载试验,对比分析装配整体式钢管混凝土圈梁构造柱砖墙体、钢筋混凝土砖墙体和无约束砖墙体三者之间的破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、变形能力、能量损耗以及刚度退化特性,从而对装配整体式钢管混凝土圈梁构造柱墙体的抗震性能展开深入研究;(4)基于试验测试结果和相关参数,利用ANSYS软件对无约束砖墙片、现浇钢筋混凝土圈梁构造柱约束墙片、装配整体式钢管混凝土圈梁构造柱约束墙片的破坏特征、承载能力、延性和耗能性能展开数值计算,对比分析数值计算结果和试验测试数据之间的差异。
[Abstract]:Masonry structure, as a traditional and ancient building structure, is still widely used by the residents of villages and towns in our country, because it is easy to use materials locally, easy to transport and easy to construct. Masonry structure buildings are most vulnerable to earthquake damage due to the poor overall stability, in each of the major earthquakes occurred in a large area of destruction or collapse. It is an effective way to improve the masonry structure building in villages and towns by researching and developing the assembled integral ring beam structure column technology which is economical and practical and has good seismic performance. At the same time, it also meets the requirements of building industrialization and the policy of beautiful rural construction, which is advocated by the country at present. This article mainly includes the following contents: 1). Through a large number of field research, the structural characteristics and usage of typical civil masonry structure houses in Southwest China are obtained. The characteristics and construction technology of various masonry structure buildings are statistically summarized, as well as the mechanical and seismic performance of them are analyzed. 2) based on the structural characteristics, economic conditions and construction technology level of houses in remote and remote rural areas, on the basis of not changing the regional characteristics of traditional houses, national characteristics and economic applicability. Based on the excellent mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST), the construction technology of integrated ring beam construction column for civil buildings in villages and towns with simple operation, convenient construction and good mechanical and seismic performance is put forward. Through low-cycle reciprocating loading test, the failure characteristics and hysteretic curves of brick wall body, reinforced concrete brick wall body and unrestrained brick wall body of assembled integral concrete filled steel tube ring beam structure column are compared and analyzed. Skeleton curve, deformability, energy loss and stiffness degradation characteristics, so the seismic behavior of the wall with assembled integral concrete filled steel tube (CFST) ring beam is studied deeply. Based on the test results and related parameters, the unconstrained brick wall and cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beam are subjected to the confined wall with ANSYS software. The failure characteristics, load-carrying capacity, ductility and energy dissipation performance of the confined wall of concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) beams are calculated numerically, and the differences between the numerical results and the test data are compared and analyzed.
