基于文献计量的我国港口信息化发展研究

【摘要】：随着世界经济全球化的不断发展,贸易自由化与国际运输市场也在不断发展,为促进国内港口发展,增加港口的国际竞争力和可持续发展力,完成全部相关港口业务的电子化的无缝衔接,港口信息化研究成为学者们研究的热点问题。但目前港口信息化研究只局限于微观的角度,以各个独立的港口企业的信息化程度为研究对象,较为缺乏从中观的角度进行系统性分析。本文致力于解决这一研究现状,采用定性和定量相结合的文献计量方法,分析港口信息化行业现状,为港口企业的管理和运营提供理论支撑。本文首先研究了国内外港口信息化建设的现状以及对比现存的文献计量分析软件的优缺点,然后对本文所应用的相关理论方法和技术进行研究,针对本文中的关键问题提出了解决方案。其次,本文通过对文献计量分析数据来源以及所需数据要求,进而形成港口信息化文献计量系统的需求分析。在此基础上,构建以Java EE平台为基础,采取C/S结构与B/S结构相结合,实现了港口信息化文献计量系统的设计和实现。最后,运用该系统对以"港口信息化"为主题词的文献数据进行实证测试,并对该结果进行了处理和文献计量分析,进而证明该系统设计的合理性以及运用相关文献计量分析研究的可行性。本文完成的研究工作及成果可以概括如下:开发港口信息化文献计量系统;建立港口信息化词库;基于系统处理数据,对港口信息化的文献计量分析,并得出港口信息化研究的三大知识群,包括港口信息化管理的主要功能、港口信息化建设的战略管理、港口信息化建设的主要技术;不同时期的港口信息化的发展趋势特征等。本文的创新性主要体现在基于文献计量的分析方法进行数据处理系统的构建,并首次运用定性和定量相结合的文献计量分析方法研究港口信息化这一领域,为该领域的学者和相关人员提供可靠的参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic globalization, trade liberalization and international transportation market are also developing. In order to promote the development of domestic ports, increase the international competitiveness and sustainable development of ports. To complete the seamless connection of all relevant port business electronization, port information research has become a hot issue for scholars. But at present, the research of port information is only limited to the micro perspective. Taking the informationization degree of each independent port enterprise as the research object, it is lack of systematic analysis from the perspective of meso. This paper is devoted to solve the present situation of this research. This paper analyzes the present situation of port information industry by using qualitative and quantitative methods of literature measurement. For the management and operation of port enterprises to provide theoretical support. Firstly, this paper studies the status quo of port information construction at home and abroad and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing literature econometric analysis software. Then the relevant theoretical methods and techniques used in this paper are studied, and the solution to the key problems in this paper is put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the sources of data and the required data requirements through bibliometric analysis. On the basis of the requirement analysis of document measurement system of port informatization, this paper constructs the C / S structure and B / S structure based on Java EE platform. The design and implementation of the document measurement system of port informatization is realized. Finally, the paper uses the system to test the literature data with "port informatization" as the theme word. The results were processed and the literature was analyzed. Then it proves the rationality of the system design and the feasibility of using the relevant literature metrological analysis. The research work and results can be summarized as follows: develop the port information document measurement system; The establishment of the port information lexicon; Based on the data processing of the system, this paper analyzes the literature of port informatization, and obtains three knowledge groups of port informatization research, including the main functions of port information management and the strategic management of port informatization construction. The main technology of port information construction; The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the construction of data processing system based on the analysis method of literature measurement. It is the first time to use qualitative and quantitative methods to study the field of port informatization, which provides a reliable reference for scholars and related personnel in this field.
