压裂工艺适应性研究

【摘要】:压裂技术自从应用于油田生产之后,使得油田的产量有了很明显的提升,尤其对于低渗透区块的油田,效果尤为明显。但是,由于各个地层地质结构的复杂性,以及现有压裂技术的多样性发展,使得各个地区的压裂,有着自己的独特性,因此对于压裂方案与压裂目的地层适应性的研究就显得格外重要,直接关系到压裂的效果。本论文对国内外目前应用的各项压裂改造技术的调研分析,并从储层条件、设备要求和经济效益方面出发,对其在延长油田的适用性进行了分析。对研究区域的压裂地质特征进行了研究和认识。收集、整理、统计了吴起、永宁、定边、靖边、直罗、子北6个区块长6、长2储层压裂改造井所有与压裂工艺适应性研究有关的各种储层资料,为压裂工艺评价提供参数依据。对目前已有的吴起、永宁、定边、靖边、直罗、子北6个区块共计886口压裂改造井的压裂施工资料、试油资料、生产动态数据等按照储层分类情况分别进行整理、统计、分析。主要研究了储层电性参数之间、物性参数与试油产量之间、压裂参数与试油产量之间的关系。开展了压裂工艺的适应性研究。重点研究了目前压裂工艺条件下的裂缝扩展规律,并分析了其地质适用性。在特低渗储层中,主要从提高储层纵向改造程度、裂缝穿透深度和裂缝导流能力三个方面,提出了相应的技术方案;在底水储层中,以避免压裂过程沟通水层为主要目标,提出了两个工艺方案。
[Abstract]:Since its application in oilfield production, fracturing technology has significantly improved the production of oil fields, especially in low-permeability oil fields. However, because of the complexity of each formation geological structure. As well as the diversity of existing fracturing technology, fracturing in each region has its own unique, so it is particularly important to study the adaptability of fracturing plan and fracturing destination layer. This paper investigates and analyzes the fracturing technology applied at home and abroad, and starts from reservoir conditions, equipment requirements and economic benefits. Its applicability in Yanchang Oilfield is analyzed. The fracturing geological characteristics in the study area are studied and recognized. Wu Qi, Yongning, Dingbian, Jingbian and Zhiluo are collected, sorted and counted. All kinds of reservoir data related to the study on the adaptability of fracturing technology in the fracturing revamping wells of 6 blocks in Zibei, Chang6 and Chang2 reservoirs, which provide parameter basis for the evaluation of fracturing technology, are available to Wuqi, Yongning and Dingbian. The fracturing operation data, oil test data and production performance data of 886 fracturing wells in Jingbian, Zhiluo and Zibei blocks are sorted out according to reservoir classification, and statistics are made. Analysis. Mainly studied between the reservoir electrical parameters, between the physical parameters and production test. The relationship between fracturing parameters and oil test production. The adaptability study of fracturing technology is carried out. The fracture propagation law under the current fracturing technology condition is studied emphatically, and its geological applicability is analyzed in the ultra-low permeability reservoir. The corresponding technical scheme is put forward mainly from three aspects: improving the degree of reservoir longitudinal reconstruction, fracture penetration depth and fracture diversion ability. In bottom water reservoir, two technology schemes are put forward to avoid fracturing process to communicate water layer.
