山东省区域经济差异及空间格局演变研究

【摘要】：区域经济差异是各国、各地区经济发展中存在的普遍现象,也是区域经济学研究的主要问题。作为东部沿海大省,山东省近年来经济发展不平衡现象突出,并且经济空间格局也在随之发生变化,由此带来的各种社会问题突出,比如教育、医疗等资源分配不均衡,城乡居民收入差距明显,就业机会不均等。因此,研究山东省区域经济差异及其空间格局的演变,对实现区域经济可持续发展、提升人民幸福指数有着重要的研究意义。本文通过对国内外区域经济差异及空间格局方面的文献进行梳理评述,找到论文的切入点和研究重点。首先以单一的GDP指标为变量进行描述性统计分析,得出当前山东省各地市存在经济差异的现状;然后选取能够描述经济发展水平的综合指标采用动态分析的方法对2000年、2005年、2010年、2014年的数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析,得出造成经济差异的4个主成分及各主成分的得分和综合评分,根据经济发展水平将山东省17地市分为4个不同层次;最后利用ArcGIS软件对实证分析的结果进行可视化表达,直观地描述近15年来山东省区域经济格局的演变过程并分析其原因,根据各地市的发展特点提出对策建议。研究表明:一是山东省2000-2014年间绝对差异逐年增大,相对差异小幅波动后趋于减小;二是山东省经济发展水平比较高的地市多分布在东部沿海地带,西部地区发展缓慢;三是青岛—烟台—威海和济南—东营—淄博为山东省的两个增长核心且极化效应增大,带动半岛蓝色经济区、省会城市群经济圈和黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的发展,西部经济隆起带缺乏增长核心的辐射和带动。区位交通、资源要素、产业结构、政策倾斜、开放程度等因素使得山东省区域经济发展不平衡现象凸显,为缩小山东省区域经济发展差异,促使经济格局趋向更加合理提出相应对策建议:加强东西部互联互通,精准施策,加大对口帮扶力度,推动区域经济协调发展;加大济南、青岛的经济辐射能力,培育新的增长核心,促进技术、资金、人才、土地等要素资源的流动,发挥各区域优势;消除过剩产能,大力发展第三产业,加快城市化进程,实现区域经济可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The difference of regional economy is a common phenomenon in various countries, the economic development of different regions in the study area is the main problem of economics. As the eastern coastal province of Shandong Province in recent years, the imbalance of economic development and economic phenomenon is prominent, the spatial pattern is also changing, all kinds of social problems resulting from the prominent, such as education, unbalanced medical resource allocation, the urban-rural income gap is obvious, unequal employment opportunity. Therefore, research on the evolution of regional economic disparities in Shandong province and its spatial pattern, to realize the sustainable development of regional economy, which has important significance to enhance the people's happiness index. This paper combs through review of the regional economic disparity and the pattern of domestic and international space the literature, find the breakthrough point and research focus. Firstly the GDP single index for descriptive statistical analysis of variables, the current mountain The present economic differences around the city of Guangdong Province; and then select the method of dynamic analysis using comprehensive index to describe the level of economic development in 2000, 2005, 2010, 2014 data by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the 4 principal component and the principal component scores and comprehensive score caused by economic difference, according to the the economic development level of 17 cities in Shandong province are divided into 4 different levels; finally were visualized on the results of empirical analysis by using ArcGIS software, intuitive description of the last 15 years the evolution process of Shandong province regional economic structure and analysis of its causes, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the development characteristics of each city. The research results show: one is the absolute difference of 2000-2014 years in Shandong province is increasing year by year, the relative difference tends to decrease after a slight fluctuation; two is relatively high, the level of economic development in Shandong City, located in the eastern coastal areas Slowly, the development of the western region; three Qingdao - Yantai - Weihai - Dongying - Zibo and Ji'nan in Shandong province for the two core growth and polarization effect increases, driven by the peninsula Blue Economic Zone, the development of efficient ecological economic zone in the economic circle of capital city group and the Yellow River Delta, radiation western economic uplift of the core and the lack of growth drive. Traffic location, resources, industrial structure, policy factors, the degree of opening of Shandong province makes the unbalanced regional economic development in Shandong province is prominent, narrow the differences in regional economic development, promote the economic structure more reasonable and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen the eastern interconnection, precise measures and policies to increase aid efforts. To promote the coordinated development of regional economy; increase Ji'nan, Qingdao economic radiation ability, cultivate new growth core, promote technology, capital, talent, land resources and other factors flow We should give full play to the advantages of various regions, eliminate excess capacity, vigorously develop the third industry, accelerate the process of urbanization and realize the sustainable development of regional economy.
