转型发展背景下太钢集团国际化经营影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展进入新常态,钢铁行业面临着严峻的挑战,“一带一路”战略和“走出去”战略的提出为其提供了新的机遇。钢铁行业将进入大变革、大调整阶段,钢铁企业必须解决产能过剩、原材料进口以及日益增长的环保标准等问题,升级产品结构,重塑竞争新优势。钢铁工业是工业化的基础以及国民经济的重要支柱,而太原钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称“太钢集团”)作为山西省的龙头企业,对全省经济的平稳发展发挥着重要作用。然而与国际钢铁巨头相比,太钢集团国际化水平仍有较大差距。国际化发展作为促进企业转型的重要途径之一,因此研究太钢集团的国际化经营,增强国际竞争力,尤显必要。本文以国内外的有关企业国际化理论为指导,通过对太原钢铁集团有限公司的国际化现状的分析,包括贸易与投资的现状以及企业发展趋势,以统计描述、实证分析等方法,研究了太钢集团的国际化经营动因和制约因素,强调了其进一步国际化的必要性和迫切性,并据此提出了在当前的经济背景下太钢如何开展国际化经营的对策建议。本文认为,太钢集团有限公司国际化的动因包括国内市场压力、对原料资源与能源的获取和保障、企业转型的需要以及竞争优势的延伸。从东道国层面和企业层面上讨论太钢集团走向国际市场的制约因素,并且用聚类分析的方法针对东道国层面的影响因素对其国际化涉及的市场区域做出分类,发现每一类市场区域中的主导影响因素不同,各有特点。太钢集团在开拓国际市场时,必须特别注意来自政治环境、经济发展水平、社会文化、地理等因素方面的影响。因此,本文认为太钢集团应科学制定国际化战略,借助一带一路,加快国际产能合作,重视产品与技术创新,加大人才储备,打造国际化的企业文化,发挥政府的支持作用。通过多种形式的措施,提升太钢集团的国际化水平,成为钢铁行业的佼佼者。
[Abstract]:With China's economic development entering the new normal, the iron and steel industry is facing severe challenges, and the strategy of "Belt and Road" and "going out" provide them with new opportunities. The iron and steel industry will enter the stage of great transformation and adjustment. Iron and steel enterprises must solve the problems of overcapacity, import of raw materials and increasing environmental protection standards, upgrade the product structure and reshape new competitive advantages. The iron and steel industry is the foundation of industrialization and an important pillar of the national economy. Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group"), as the leading enterprise in Shanxi Province, plays an important role in the smooth economic development of the province. However, compared with the international iron and steel giants, There is still a big gap in the internationalization level of Taigang Group. The development of internationalization is one of the important ways to promote the transformation of enterprises. This paper, guided by the theory of internationalization of enterprises at home and abroad, analyzes the present situation of internationalization of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., including the current situation of trade and investment and the development trend of enterprises, and describes it statistically. Through empirical analysis and other methods, this paper studies the motivation and restriction factors of Taigang Group's internationalization, and emphasizes the necessity and urgency of its further internationalization. On the basis of this, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to carry out international operation in the current economic background are put forward. This paper holds that the motivation of internationalization of Taigang Group Co., Ltd. includes the pressure of domestic market, the acquisition and protection of raw material resources and energy. The needs of enterprise transformation and the extension of competitive advantage. From the host country level and enterprise level, discuss the restriction factors of Taigang group towards the international market, And the cluster analysis method is used to classify the market regions involved in internationalization according to the factors affecting the host country level. It is found that the dominant factors in each type of market area are different and have their own characteristics. We must pay special attention to the influence from the political environment, the level of economic development, the social culture, the geography and so on. Therefore, this paper holds that the Taigang Group should scientifically formulate the internationalization strategy and speed up the international production capacity cooperation with the help of Belt and Road. Emphasis on product and technological innovation, increase talent reserves, create an international corporate culture, give play to the role of government support. Through various forms of measures to enhance the international level of TISCO Group, become the leader of the steel industry.
