哈尔滨体育学院体育教育训练学硕士研究生实践环节培养方案的构建

【摘要】:随着我国社会主义经济的进一步改革发展,知识、经济的全球化共同发展,网络信息新时代的到来,世界范围的知识、经济和科技的发展与竞争也日趋激烈,这也对我国的高等教育提出了新挑战---“社会需要大量能适应社会发展的高层次应用型专业人才”,高等教育在这一背景下的国际竞争中仍趋于领先地位。因此,基于这种理念的指导下,我国体育学硕士研究生的教育进入了快速发展的阶段,体育学硕士的实践培养就是要以“厚基础、宽口径、广适应”的体育专业人才为培养目标。在不断扩大的招生规模趋势下,我国体育教育训练学硕士研究生在实践环节的培养对于提升我国体育学研究生的教育发展有着重要意义。本文以哈尔滨体育学院的2012、2013和2014级体育教育训练学方向硕士研究生,以及相关硕士研究生导师作为本研究的调查对象。采用文献资料法、分析法、访谈法、调查法和统计法,对他们进行了关于“实践环节培养方案”的调查研究,统计并分析所得到的数据和结果:1.通过在实践环节培养和学习,硕士研究生的实践能力得到明显提高:对于相应的体育教学工作和日常体育工作相对熟悉;具有完成体育训练与竞赛任务的能力;在体育赛事的组织、编排与执裁能力上也有所提高。表明哈尔滨体育学院对体育教育训练学硕士研究生在实践环节上的培养力度也在逐年提升。2.实践环节在培养内容上日渐丰富和全面。从原有的课堂教学转变为丰富多样的实践培养。硕士研究生在科研能力方面的培养也在实践环节中占据相应比例,硕士研究生通过实践环节的培养可以系统掌握了解体育工作的基本内容和丰富其组织形式,从而提高硕士研究生的实践能力。3.实践环节培养方案体现出系统性、严谨性和科学性。构建实践环节过程中对于人、财、物等方面的资源分配与整合,再到对于硕士研究生实践结果的评定,都保证了硕士研究生在实践环节的各项活动顺利进行,给予了硕士研究生相对完善的实践平台,有利于硕士研究生实践能力的提升。同时,教师队伍也得到进步。4.实践进行前,硕士研究生关于所要实践的课程设置和实践能力培养相对薄弱,难以满足进行实践的硕士研究生对实践过程中所学知识和技能的使用。5.实践过程中,学院各项规章制度相对限制了研究生的思想,而被动学习,未能发现自我兴趣从而得到全方位的发展,致使“闭门造车”的学术现象产生。6.实践末期,学院考评工作过多侧重于最终的评定结果,忽视了硕士研究生在实践过程中的评价,导致硕士研究生的实践环节相对单一、枯燥,缺乏真正意义的实践。
[Abstract]:With the further reform and development of our socialist economy, the globalization of knowledge and economy, the arrival of a new era of network information, the development and competition of knowledge, economy and science and technology in the world are becoming increasingly fierce. This also poses a new challenge to China's higher education-"the society needs a large number of high-level applied professionals who can adapt to the development of society", and higher education is still in the leading position in the international competition under this background. Under the guidance of this concept, the education of the master of physical education in China has entered a stage of rapid development. The practical training of the master of physical education should be based on "thick foundation and wide caliber." In the trend of expanding enrollment scale, the training goal of sports professionals with wide adaptability is, The cultivation of postgraduates of physical education and training in practice is of great significance in promoting the development of physical education in our country. This paper takes the direction of physical education and training in Harbin Institute of physical Education in the direction of graduate students in 20122013 and 2014. As well as the related master's tutor as the investigation object of this study. By using the methods of literature, analysis, interview, investigation and statistics, the author makes an investigation and research on the "training program of practice link". Statistics and analysis of the data and results: 1. Through training and learning in practice, the practical ability of graduate students is obviously improved: they are relatively familiar with the corresponding physical education and daily sports work; Ability to complete the tasks of sports training and competition; in the organization of sports events, The ability of arrangement and judgment is also improved. The allocation and integration of human, financial, material and other resources in the process of constructing practical links, and the evaluation of the results of practice for graduate students, all ensure the smooth progress of activities of the graduate students in practice. It gives a relatively perfect practical platform to master graduate students, which is conducive to the improvement of their practical ability. At the same time, the teaching staff also gets progress. 4. before the practice is carried out, The curriculum design and practical ability training of the graduate students are relatively weak, so it is difficult to satisfy the use of the knowledge and skills they have learned in the process of practice. The rules and regulations of the college have relatively restricted the thought of graduate students, but passive learning has failed to discover self-interest and thus developed in all directions, resulting in the academic phenomenon of "building a car behind closed doors". 6.
