用电报装工程验收效率的改善研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展,作为支撑经济发展的电力能源行业也得以飞速发展。自改革开放以来,用电负荷不断增长,伴随着负荷快速增长的是风力发电和光伏等方式新能源的迅猛发展,与此相应的业扩报装业务也以较快的速度在增长。因此加强快速报装业务的发展,缩短业扩报装时间,给客户以满意的服务,提高企业自身的公众形象显得极为迫切。由于业扩报装业务内容较多,其中验收部分工作较为繁杂,造成时间迟滞的因素也是最为多元化,因此本课题将从业扩报装验收工作着手。文章首先对电力市场产品做一些介绍,分析业扩报装作为一种电力产品其自身的特性,同时将精益生产和质量管理的基本理论做出阐述。接着将业扩报装中验收工作的内容作出详细的介绍,尤其是施工阶段和竣工阶段,如:电缆铺设、设别选型、检查工程资质、资料等工作。通过对验收工作内容的介绍以及对相关细节的分析,找出造成验收工作迟缓的症结所在。文中最后,结合工作实际,建立QC工作小组基于质量管理的鱼骨图工具对现状进行分析。依据分析的结果,提出具体改进措施,并对改进措施落实前后的验收时长数据进行统计对比分析。通过分析结果,来检验基于该质量管理方法所提出的改进措施是否能够起到改善业扩报装验收工作的作用,进而说明该方法在缩短业扩报装验收工作时长上是否可行。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the electric power energy industry, which supports the economic development, has been developing rapidly. Since the reform and opening up, the power load has been increasing continuously. With the rapid growth of load is the rapid development of new energy sources, such as wind power generation and photovoltaic, and the corresponding business expansion is also growing at a relatively high speed. It is very urgent to improve the public image of the enterprise by providing satisfactory service to the customer. Because of the more contents of the business, the acceptance part is more complicated, and the factors that cause the delay in time are also the most diversified. Therefore, this paper begins with the acceptance of newspaper expansion. Firstly, the paper introduces the power market products and analyzes its own characteristics as a kind of electric power products. At the same time, the basic theory of lean production and quality management is expounded. Then the contents of the acceptance work in the industry expansion are introduced in detail, especially in the construction stage and the completion stage, such as cable laying, design and selection, inspection of engineering qualification, Through the introduction of the contents of the acceptance work and the analysis of the relevant details, we find out the crux of the delay in the acceptance work. Finally, combined with the actual work, A QC working group was set up to analyze the current situation of fish bone map based on quality management. According to the results of the analysis, the concrete improvement measures were put forward, and the long data of acceptance before and after the implementation of the improvement measures were statistically compared and analyzed. In order to test whether the improvement measures based on this quality management method can improve the inspection and acceptance of newspaper expansion, it is proved that the method is feasible in shortening the time of inspection and acceptance of newspaper expansion.
