北京市高校高水平健美操运动员就业情况的研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,我国高等院校连续多年的扩招,造成大学毕业生的数量迅速增长,对高校毕业生的就业工作带来了巨大压力,社会工作岗位满足不了毕业生的需求量、竞争日趋激烈。高水平运动员是高校特殊培养的学生群体,虽然具有一技之长但是在目前就业竞争激烈的大环境下,高水平运动员的就业形势也出现了巨大变化。本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对清华大学、北京大学、北京师范大学、北京化工大学、北京联合大学、首都师范大学、北京中医药大学这7所北京市高校高水平健美操员(本科生和已就业学生)、管理者、教练员的调查。从培养制度、学训状况、就业现状及影响因素分析高水平健美操运动员的就业情况。针对其培养过程中以及就业后在工作岗位中暴露出的问题,更深入地对健美操高水平运动员就业情况变化的相关数据进行比较分析、相关分析,发现问题并提出解决建议。为了保证高校高水平健美操运动员的“质量”,确保其顺利毕业;提高就业率、扩宽就业范围、增加就业渠道和信息最后成功就业,高水平运动员的就业率、就业稳定、就业满意程度是推动高校建设高水平运动队持续、快速发展的关键所在。本文得到的研究结论有如下几方面:一、北京市高校高水平健美操运动员更愿意从事与健美操专业相关的工作,在毕业后考取研究生、创业的人数不断增加;就业单位主要集中在事业单位、学校、私营企业。二、北京市高校高水平健美操运动员2014年-2016年毕业生就业率整体呈现上升趋势,就业呈现宽松状态;就业地区的选择仍然以一线城市和二线城市经济发达、文化先进、基础设施较完善的城市为主。三、北京市高校高水平健美操运动员就业期望值过高导致对工作的满意度不高;就业范围窄、就业途径单一导致就业选择受限;高校培养目标不明确就业指导工作还不系统、不全面、欠缺针对性。四、用人单位对毕业生的标准不断提高,用人部门呈现多元化,更看重高水平健美操运动员的综合素质、学习能力,是影响北京市高校高水平健美操运动员就业的重要社会因素。五、北京市高校高水平健美操运动员不能平衡好学习与训练的时间,学训矛盾仍然存在,有待解决并不断完善;在就业时考虑发展机会、薪酬待遇和工作地点等自身因素对就业的影响较大。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and perfection of our socialist market economy system, the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities for many years has resulted in a rapid increase in the number of college graduates, which has brought great pressure to the employment of college graduates. Social work posts can not meet the demand of graduates, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. High-level athletes are a group of students specially trained in colleges and universities. Although they have a single skill, they are now in a big environment where the competition for employment is fierce. The employment situation of high-level athletes has also changed greatly. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, etc., through the research methods of Tsinghua University, Peking University, etc. Beijing normal University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing Union University, Capital normal University, Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine, these 7 Beijing University of Chinese Medicine high-level aerobics (undergraduate students and employed students, managers, The investigation of coaches. From the training system, learning and training status, employment status and influencing factors analysis of the employment of high-level aerobics athletes, in view of their training process and post-employment problems exposed in the work, In order to ensure the "quality" of the high-level aerobics athletes in colleges and universities and ensure their successful graduation, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the relevant data of the employment situation of high-level aerobics athletes, analyzes the relevant data, finds out the problems and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems. To increase the employment rate, widen the scope of employment, increase employment channels and information and finally succeed in employment, the employment rate of high-level athletes, employment stability, employment satisfaction level is to promote the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. The key to rapid development. The research conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows: first, Beijing University Aerobics athletes are more willing to engage in the work related to aerobics major, after graduation, they are admitted to graduate students. The number of entrepreneurs is increasing, the employment units are mainly concentrated in institutions, schools and private enterprises. Second, the employment rate of graduates from 2014 to 2016 of Beijing's high level aerobics athletes is on the rise, and the employment rate is relaxed. The choice of employment area is still in the cities with advanced economy, advanced culture and better infrastructure. Third, the high employment expectation of Beijing's high-level calisthenics athletes leads to low job satisfaction; The narrow scope of employment and the single way of employment lead to the restriction of employment choice, the lack of systematic, comprehensive and targeted employment guidance work in colleges and universities with unclear training objectives. Fourth, the standards of employers for graduates are constantly improving. The employment departments are diversified and attach more importance to the comprehensive quality and learning ability of high-level aerobics athletes, which is an important social factor that affects the employment of high-level aerobics athletes in Beijing's colleges and universities. Beijing's high-level calisthenics athletes cannot balance the time between good study and training, and the contradiction between study and training still exists and needs to be solved and constantly improved. Salary and work place and other self-factors have a greater impact on employment.
