【摘要】：随着我国经济水平的高速发展,综合国力的逐步增强,以及我国优秀的网球选手李娜两次夺得大满贯冠军。网球这项曾被誉为“贵族运动”的项目越来越被广大人民群众所熟识。现如今,网球运动在我国高速发展,每年在中国的网球比赛逐年增加。而随着体育市场的不断发展,以各类人群为目标的体育培训得到发展,许多体育培训学校和各种运动的俱乐部应运而生。对于黑龙江省来讲,由于受到经济以及地域等的影响,网球运动起步较慢,再由受到场地以及师资的影响,网球无法在中小学得到推广和普及。随着人们经济基础的发展,健身意识的逐步增强,以及国家大力发展网球运动的大环境下,参与并投入到网球培训中的青少年将会呈增长趋势。因此,相关部门必须重视黑龙江省针对青少年的网球培训的相关力度,这不但会增长黑龙江省的网球群众基础起到良好的推进作用,同时也为其他体育运动的发展及普及具有积极地参考价值,有一定的现实意义。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,以黑龙江省青少年网球培训市场为研究对象。通过对黑龙江省网球培训市场现状详尽分析的基础上,发现目前市场存在的主要问题,在立足现状及存在问题的基础上,通过相关理论的研究,并结合黑龙江省青少年网培训市场的实际情况,提出黑龙江省青少年网球培训市场开发的相应对策。得出相关研究结果,现如今黑龙江省青少年网球市场存在的问题有如下几点:1、黑龙江省网球场地的分布、数量以及质量不均衡;2、黑龙江省青少年网球培训市场体制不够健全,缺少专业的网球培训机构;3、黑龙江省青少年网球培训市场中教练员水平参差不齐,而且不重视培训提高和相互交流;4、黑龙江省青少年网球培训机构较为零散,规模较小,宣传力度不大;5、黑龙江省参加网球培训学员的家庭收入主要分布在中高收入、高收入家庭之中6、黑龙江省的各类业余网球比赛较少。
