河南省豫东地区农村中小学学校体育现状及对策研究

【摘要】:为全面提高国民素质、迎接知识经济的到来,党中央国务院提出基础教育课程改革。2008年河南地区为继续深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,全面实行了新一轮基础教育课程改革,此次改革在课程结构方面,强调不同课程之间的结构均衡、合理,强化了体育与健康等课程的综合实践性。随着时代的发展,国家也对农村基础教育改革更加重视,教育工作者对农村基础教育面貌是否得到改善作了许多理论研究以及实践探索。但真正走进农村体育课堂,教育改革的迹象难以显现。本文主要从农村中小学的学校体育现状包括体育教师师资、体育教学、体育设施和器材以及课外体育活动进行研究分析,参考国内相关的政策文件,结合当前农村中小学学校体育课程实际的实施情况,提出切实可行建议,为农村地区中小学的学校体育更好发展提出理论参考。本文以河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育现状为研究对象,通过采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从四个方面来了解豫东地区中小学学校体育现状,对调查结果进行统计,找出存在的问题进行分析并提出建议。研究结果如下:(1)河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育教师数量不足,部分学校没有专职体育教师。(2)河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育教师学历基本达标,年龄构成基本合理,但体育教师的性别构成趋于老龄化,职称结构不够理想;豫东地区农村中小学体育教师职后培训工作不够理想,体育师资匮乏,体育教师整体水平有待提高。(3)河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育开课率基本达标,但仍有部分学校体育课时量不足;体育教师在体育教学大纲使用方面有欠缺,体育教学方式单一,教案使用率不高,教学内容有待充实。(4)河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育教育经费投入资金有限,无法满足正常体育教学的需要,由于体育经费的不足,豫东地区农村中小学体育场地简陋缺乏建设,体育器材破旧缺有待更新。(5)河南省豫东地区农村中小学体育课外活动开展情况不理想,早操课间操开展情况有待完善;学校缺乏体育教师组织体育竞赛活动。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively improve the quality of the people and welcome the arrival of knowledge economy, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the curriculum reform of basic education. In 2008, in order to continue to deepen the educational reform and promote quality-oriented education in Henan, A new round of basic education curriculum reform has been carried out in an all-round way. In terms of curriculum structure, the reform emphasizes the balance and rationality of the structure among different courses, and strengthens the comprehensive practicality of such courses as physical education and health, etc. With the development of the times, The country also pays more attention to the reform of rural basic education. Educators have made a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration on whether the appearance of rural basic education has been improved. It is difficult to show the signs of educational reform. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of school physical education in rural primary and secondary schools, including physical education teachers, physical education teaching, sports facilities and equipment, and extracurricular sports activities, and refers to the relevant policy documents in China. Combined with the actual implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, some practical suggestions are put forward. This paper takes the present situation of middle and primary school sports in the east of Henan Province as the research object, and adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and so on, to provide a theoretical reference for the better development of school physical education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. To understand the present situation of physical education in primary and middle schools in east Henan from four aspects, to make statistics on the results of the investigation, to find out the existing problems and to put forward some suggestions. The research results are as follows: 1) the number of physical education teachers in rural primary and middle schools in eastern Henan Province is insufficient. Some schools do not have full-time physical education teachers. (2) physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province basically meet the standards of academic qualifications, age composition is basically reasonable, but the gender structure of physical education teachers tend to aging, the title structure is not ideal; The physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the east of Henan Province are not good enough for post-service training, and the overall level of physical education teachers needs to be improved. 3) the rate of physical education opening in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province is basically up to standard. However, there are still some schools with insufficient time for physical education, lack of physical education teachers in the use of physical education syllabus, single physical education teaching method, low utilization rate of teaching plans, The teaching contents need to be enriched. (4) the funds for physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province are limited and cannot meet the needs of normal physical education, because of the shortage of sports funds, Rural primary and secondary schools in the east of Henan lack of construction of sports venues, sports equipment to be updated to be updated. 5) Henan Province rural primary and secondary schools in Henan Province physical education extracurricular activities in the situation is not ideal, morning exercises to be improved; There is a lack of PE teachers in schools to organize sports competitions.
