乡村社区空间形态低碳适应性营建方法与实践研究

【摘要】:“揠苗助长”的城镇化挤压了乡村社区的界面边界和空间组织,使“重规模轻结构,重建设轻管理”渐成“新常态”。乡村社区空间形态正受到规模增长和结构重塑的双重压力,具体表现为建成区与外部环境的共生关系不明,内部团组布局的关联度降低,单体宅院加建与增生频发,秩序语言混乱,主旨不明晰。空间形态映射下的土地利用与环境,不再是唇齿相依的伙伴而逐渐沦为背景,变得简单而机械化。“乡愁”,“愁”的不仅仅是对过去乡土风情的怀念,更是在当面对乡村人居环境凸显种种问题时,对未来乡村资源如何合理利用的担忧,其现状发展和城镇区域一样,需要低碳化的良方加以约束与引导。本文正是基于乡村人居环境低碳化发展诉求的迫切现状,以及导师国家自然科学基金重点资助项目(51238011)“长江三角洲地区低碳乡村人居环境营建体系研究”的学术背景而展开。依循研究缘起、原型识别、理论架构、路径推导和体系营建的逻辑顺序,进行论述分析和实证研究。第一章,从全球气候极端变化、城镇化进程下乡村社会经济发展的需求出发,提出乡村人居环境低碳化诉求的必要性和理性转型的必然性。明确主要研究对象和基本概念,并对低碳认知误区进行反思,梳理相关理论、研究动态和实践现状。第二章,对长期而固有的乡村社区空间形态,从纵向结构层次构成到横向显隐性结构要素的组织关系,进行抽析厘清和深度剖析,揭示空间形态内在适应性发展秩序的一般原则和规律,判断其碳锁定作用:即碳脉循环过程的强度、方向和速率受制并影响空间形态的利用方式、规模和效率。明确从调控具有适应性特性的空间形态入手,是提高碳脉循环效率、缓解碳输出压力的重要手段。第三章,为进一步阐释空间形态的适应性和低碳化,引入复杂适应系统理论,并据此在适应性视野下,提出“空间形态低碳适应性”的内容体系,进一步明晰适应性对象、研究思路、理论基础和实践路径,试图建立起第二章与第四、五、六章之间的理论架构桥梁。第四章,选取浙北地区15个乡村社区样本案例,在样本阅读中,对乡村社区的碳脉信息进行梳理和研究,在形态识别中,对空间形态生发的适应性能力进行参数选择、特征描述与对比分析。同时,建立基于空间形态的碳计量方法与模型。第五章,首先对空间形态映射下,表征土地利用结构关系的测度参数指标与碳排放强度,进行相关性量化选择,获得低碳关键控制要素,并建立起空间形态低碳控制要素在用地控制和容量调控两方面的关联框架,完成在空间维度上对空间形态低碳适应性营建模式的构建。其次,以空间形态的适应性作用规律为基础,借助复杂适应系统理论,在获得低碳关键控制要素的基础之上,加入随机而偶然的主观因素调控,结合积木机制的“叠加融合”,实现新组分更新与结构层进的迭代重组。从短程通讯、信息共享、协同竞争直至集聚涌现,产生低碳适应性弹性“序”之空间形态,进而完成对“空间形态—环境碳行为—活动碳排放”适应性机制的构建,在时间维度上对空间形态低碳适应性营建过程进行补充、完善和引导。第六章与第七章,“空间形态低碳适应性”的提出正是在适应性视野下,基于时间和空间两个维度作用的综合表达。在社区层级,注重择居与控形;邻里层级,调整布局与择径;宅院层级,控制筑体与节能。以微介入式针灸法则对适应性过程机制的组织进行优化与协调,并进行低碳适应性评价指标体系的建构,加强其稳定性、持续性和可操作性。同时,以浙江安吉景坞村的改造规划为案例,实践空间形态低碳适应性模式语言的“在地参与”策略与过程机制的协调。本文从复杂性思维思考的视角,将乡村社区低碳化营建转换到空间形态结构的生成与组织层面上,对空间形态的低碳适应性进行重新认知,且没有仅停留在二维的土地利用布局的调整,在时间维度上更加充实并饱满了低碳适应性生成的过程机制,并在此基础上提出对未来乡村人居环境低碳化诉求的若干建议、模式策略和方法运用。
