中职学生法纪观念培养研究

【摘要】:经济全球化和贸易全球化的不断深化发展,各国之间的竞争早已不仅仅局限在经济实力的竞争上,人才竞争已经成为国际竞争的重点内容。在我国“强国”目标及世界格局持续变化的双重作用之下,党的十八大四中全会再次强调了法律在国家治理上的重要性,明确“依法治国”的我国基本治国方略。会议上,中共中央领导人高度重视法制建设工作,强调要将法制作为治国理政的基本方式。此外,我国十八大四中全会也首次以专题的形式,讨论“依法治国”,提出了培养全民法纪观念的法制建设目标,将法制教育纳入了国民教育体系和精神文明创建的重要内容。“四个全面”中更是提出了全面依法治国的发展目标,充分体现了依法治国在我国社会主义建设中的核心地位。在这样的局势下,当代青年肩负着中华民族伟大复兴和建设中国特色社会主义的重大历史使命,提高他们的法纪观念,普及法律知识不仅影响着学生自身综合素质的提高,同时也在很大程度上决定了我国的综合人才竞争力,决定着我国在国际舞台上所扮演的角色。根据“中研网”统计的数据,截止2015年底,我国中职毕业生为515.47万人,占全部大学毕业生的80%以上。可见,中职学生是我国学生群体的主要组成,中职学生的法纪观念培养问题也是我国教育部门应当重点关注的。基于这一认识,本文将以赣州市五所中职学校为例,就“中职学生法纪观念培养现状”展开问卷调查,从调查结果中窥探到我国中职学生法纪观念培养中的不足之处,找出根本原因,并寻找针对性的解决方案。在研究过程中,本文高度遵从实际,借助SPSS22.0(中文版)软件,对问卷调查的结果进行整理,最终以图表的形式直观的呈现出来,以期达到最佳的研究效果,得出最精准的研究结论。另外,通过对国内外学者对中职学生法纪观念培养问题的研究,本文将从法纪认知、法纪情感、法纪践行以及法纪信仰四个方面入手,展开深入的分析。鉴于本文的研究以实际调查数据为基础,以扎实的理论为指导,所以得出的结论具有较强的说服力,能够丰富我国有关中职学生法纪观念的研究体系,为其他中职学校的学生法纪观念培养提供实践参考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization and trade globalization, the competition among countries has long been not confined to the competition of economic strength. Talent competition has become an important part of international competition. Under the dual role of the goal of "powerful nation" in our country and the continuous changes in the world pattern, the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the importance of law in the governance of the country. At the meeting, the leaders of the CPC Central Committee attached great importance to the construction of the legal system and stressed that the rule of law should be taken as the basic way to govern the country's affairs. For the first time, the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee discussed "governing the country according to law" in the form of a special topic, and put forward the goal of building a legal system to cultivate the concept of law and discipline among the whole people. The legal education has been brought into the important content of the national education system and the creation of spiritual civilization, and the development goal of governing the country according to the law has been put forward in the "four All-round". It fully embodies the core position of governing the country according to law in the socialist construction of our country. Under such a situation, contemporary youth shoulder the great historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and improve their concept of law and discipline. Popularizing legal knowledge not only affects the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, but also determines to a great extent the competitiveness of our country's comprehensive talents and the role that our country plays on the international stage. As of end of 2015, there were five million one hundred and fifty-four thousand and seven hundred secondary vocational school graduates in China, accounting for more than 80% of all university graduates. The cultivation of the concept of law and discipline of secondary vocational school students should also be paid more attention to. Based on this understanding, this paper will take five secondary vocational schools in Ganzhou City as an example to carry out a questionnaire survey on "the current situation of the cultivation of the concept of law and discipline among secondary vocational school students". From the results of the investigation, this paper explores the deficiencies in the cultivation of the concept of law and discipline among the secondary vocational school students in China, finds out the root causes, and looks for a targeted solution. In the course of the research, this paper highly conforms to the reality and makes use of the software SPSS 22.0 (Chinese version). The results of the questionnaire survey were sorted out and presented intuitively in the form of charts, in order to achieve the best research results and the most accurate research conclusions. Through the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the cultivation of the concept of law and discipline of secondary vocational school students, this paper will start from four aspects: cognition of law and discipline, emotion of law and discipline, practice of law and discipline and belief of law and discipline. In view of the fact that the research in this paper is based on the actual investigation data and guided by solid theory, the conclusions reached are persuasive and can enrich the research system on the concept of law and discipline of secondary vocational school students in our country. To provide practical reference for other secondary vocational schools to cultivate the concept of law and discipline.
