江门市民营企业家成长环境研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪,各国之间的竞争在不断加剧,均在积极的发展各国的经济,以此使本国在竞争激烈化的国际市场上有一席之地,我国经济的发展也是如此。国民经济的作为民营经济的重要组成部分,它的发展对于我国国民经济的增长而言是非常重要的,并且其在我国国民经济中所占的比重也在逐渐增加,已经受到越来越多的关注,而我国民营经济的发展则是依靠民营企业家的成长,企业家是一个企业的灵魂,是促进企业转型升级的人[1]。民营企业家在成长过程中受到各种外部环境因素的影响,在本文主要是分析这些影响因素,并对如何营造出企业家成长的良好的外部环境提出建议。本文是以广东省江门市为例进行实证研究进而评价民营企业家成长环境状况。从江门实际出发,研究从哪些方面促进民营企业家成长,对于江门经济的发展具有现实必要性。在前人的研究成果基础上,通过文献的查阅、实地访谈和问卷调查的方法,对江门市民营企业家成长的状况进行分析。首先,在对有关的学者们关于民营企业家成长的影响因素、企业家、民营经济等研究文献进行查阅后,结合学者们对于民营企业家成长的影响因素,构造民营企业家成长环境的因素。其次,运用SWOT分析法进行分析当前江门市民营企业家成长环境所遇到的机遇与挑战以及当前其成长环境的优势与劣势。再次,通过运用SPSS19.0统计分析软件对民营企业家成长环境因素进行主成分分析,提取影响江门市民营企业家成长的环境因素,并根据民营企业家对这些环境因素的评价,分析当前江门市民营企业家成长环境存在的问题。最后,根据从数据分析中得到的结果,提出改进江门市民营企业家成长环境的建议。本文是结合江门市民营企业家成长的环境所做的影响其成长的研究,不再仅仅是局限在理论层面,将影响民营企业家成长环境的理论结合某一个具体的地区,这样就不再是仅仅对国家层面上的大政方针以及具体的经济制度、法律政策等进行研究。但由于是结合了江门市的具体情况,因而本文中针对全国各地共有的一些政治制度、经济制度等因素并未涉及,只是涉及江门市这一具体地区的一些政策、法规等。
[Abstract]:Entering the 21st century , the competition among countries has been increasing continuously , which makes the country have a place in the fierce international market . As an important part of the private economy , the development of the national economy is of great importance to the growth of our national economy , and the development of the private economy in our country is gradually increasing . The development of the private economy in our country is dependent on the growth of private entrepreneurs . The entrepreneurs are the soul of an enterprise , which is the one who promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises . Based on the results obtained from the data analysis , this paper analyzes the factors that influence the growth of private entrepreneurs , analyses the factors that influence the growth of private entrepreneurs , and analyses the factors that influence the growth of private entrepreneurs .
