广东省产业结构调整与就业结构变动的统计研究

【摘要】：产业结构和就业结构彼此关联,就业结构的不科学一定会影响到产业结构的变迁以及升级,同时,产业结构的不协调又将妨碍经济成长更上一层楼。因此,有效的产业结构和科学的就业政策就显得很需要以及必要。而了解合理有效的产业结构、制订科学的就业政策就需要去认识产业结构变迁升级以及就业结构变动彼此之间的关系。广东作为经济与人口大省,伴随广东省经济快速增长,产业结构与就业结构的协调性是最突出的问题之一。为了详细研究广东省产业结构变迁以及就业结构升级彼此关系,本文运用劳动经济学和产业经济学的相关理论,以广东省2000年—2014年主要年份的数据为基础,懫用计量经济学实证分析方法对广东省各产业的就业结构、产业结构进行分析,另外,利用广东省2007、2012年投入产出表,分别对各部门的就业结构与产业结构进行分析,详细描述广东省产业结构和就业结构的演变过程及二者之间的相互关系,为两者的进一步优化提供参考意见。本文认为广州省产业结构调整与就业结构变动整体上呈现相同趋势,但是两者发展不协调,就业结构发展滞后于产业结构变动。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure and the employment structure are interrelated. The unscientific employment structure will affect the changes and upgrading of the industrial structure. At the same time, the disharmony of the industrial structure will hinder the economic growth to a higher level. Effective industrial structure and scientific employment policy are very necessary and necessary. To formulate a scientific employment policy, we need to understand the relationship between the changes in the industrial structure and the changes in the employment structure. Guangdong, as a large province of economy and population, is accompanied by the rapid economic growth of Guangdong Province. The coordination of industrial structure and employment structure is one of the most prominent problems. In order to study the relationship between industrial structure changes and employment structure upgrading in Guangdong Province, this paper applies the relevant theories of labor economics and industrial economics. Based on the data of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2014, the employment structure and industrial structure of various industries in Guangdong Province are analyzed by econometric empirical analysis method. In addition, the input-output tables of Guangdong Province in 2007 and 2012 are used to analyze the employment structure and industrial structure of Guangdong Province. This paper analyzes the employment structure and industrial structure of various departments, and describes in detail the evolution process of industrial structure and employment structure in Guangdong Province and the relationship between them. This paper holds that the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of employment structure in Guangzhou province show the same trend as a whole, but the development of both is not coordinated, and the development of employment structure lags behind the change of industrial structure.
