河北省建筑业经济增长影响因素研究

【摘要】：建筑业是物质生产部门和交通运输部门进行生产的手段,它在国民经济中扮演着重要的角色,建筑业发展的好坏直接影响着国家的经济和人民的生活水平。1978年,伴随着改革开放,河北省的建筑业经济的发展快速增长,然而,在建筑业高速发展的同时,也暴露出很多的问题,必须寻求新的发展思路,新的变革,在发展和变革中提高和完善这些问题,把握国家关于建筑业的重大方针和政策,保持河北省建筑业长久稳定可持续发展状态。本文从整体的角度分析了建筑业与国民经济的关系,横向和纵向分析建筑业对经济增长的影响,结合国家统计年鉴的数据说明河北省建筑业发展状况及未来需求分析,通过以上的描述性统计清晰的了解河北省建筑业的发展状况,为全面评价经济增长状况提供了一个平台和框架。通过对建筑业经济指标的选取结合因子分析的知识对全国建筑业经济的增长方式进行评价,从全国各省建筑业的发展水平可以看出河北省建筑业所处的地位,并分析河北建筑业发展水平较低的原因。运用道格拉斯生产函数模型和索洛增长速度方程,运用线性回归法测算出河北省建筑业经济增长中的技术进步贡献率、劳动贡献率和资本贡献率。对河北省建筑影响因素的实证分析,研究河北省建筑业的技术进步、劳动投入、资本投入等影响因素的关系,探究自身发展的的优势和不足,同时也为河北省建筑业的发展指明方向。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the material production department and the transportation department carries on the production means, it plays the important role in the national economy, the construction industry development quality directly affects the country's economy and the people's living standard. In 1978,With the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the construction industry in Hebei Province, however, the rapid development of the construction industry, but also exposed a lot of problems, we must seek new ideas for development, new changes,In the course of development and reform, we should improve these problems, grasp the major principles and policies of the state on the construction industry, and maintain the sustainable development of the construction industry in Hebei Province for a long time.This paper analyzes the relationship between the construction industry and the national economy, the influence of the construction industry on the economic growth from the perspective of the whole and the horizontal and vertical analysis of the impact of the construction industry on the economic growth.The above descriptive statistics clearly understand the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province, which provides a platform and framework for the overall evaluation of economic growth.Through the selection of economic indicators of the construction industry combined with the knowledge of factor analysis to evaluate the economic growth mode of the national construction industry, from the development level of the construction industry in all provinces of the country, we can see the position of the construction industry in Hebei Province.And analyzes the Hebei construction industry development level is low the reason.By using Douglas production function model and Solow growth rate equation, the contribution rate of technology progress, labor contribution and capital contribution to the economic growth of construction industry in Hebei Province were calculated by linear regression method.Based on the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of construction in Hebei Province, this paper studies the relationship among the technological progress, labor input and capital investment of Hebei construction industry, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of its own development.At the same time also for the construction industry in Hebei Province pointed out the direction of development.
