济钢集团公司工会基层组织和工资集体协商管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:按照我国“十三五规划”中所指出的,要求工资分配应能体现市场自我调节作用,体现社会公平分配,而这种公平分配需要国家发挥政府监督作用,由企业根据实际进行分配,是劳动力价值的市场化体现,我国工资应该建立稳定的增长机制,工资水平应随着生活水平的提高,劳动力的工资应该设置最低标准,监督企业工资发放并且定期公布工资发放信息,按照工资集体协商原则制定工资适用范围。工资集体协商是市场经济国家通用的做法,工资集体协商是建立与现代企业制度相适应收入分配制度的重要内容工资集体协商有力地维护职工和企业合法权益、促进社会和谐稳定。系统采用B/S结构,并基于SOA的技术架构实现整个系统,采用Oracle作为数据库服务器,完成及单位基本信息添加等管理功能、完成工资集体协商基本信息的查询等功能、完成工会及单位基础信息查询等管理功能、完成工会及单位信息统计等功能、归档数据查询和系统管理共6大功能模块。在工会及单位管理模块,实现了对下级工会的新增、修改、删除、查询、查看和导出的操作功能;在工资集体协商信息管理模块,实现了对工资集体协商信息的修改、增加、删除、查询、查看和导出的操作功能;在工会及单位查询模块,实现了按工会名称查询工会、按工会类型查询工会、按单位名称查询单位、按是否签订工资集体协议查询单位和自定义查询单位的数据查询功能:在工会及单位统计模块,实现了对工会信息统计和对单位信息进行统计的操作功能;在归档数据查询模块,实现了按照自己的要求设置查询条件查询、统计有关工会和单位的归档信息,对查询出来的结果根据不同的权限进行相应数据的增加、修改、删除等操作功能;在系统管理模块,实现了对代码表、系统日志和相同数据进行管理的操作功能。本系统在用户界面需求上采用B/S模式,具有友好的人机交互方式。另外,系统可靠性、安全性、保密性、可移植性方面具有较高的要求。系统旨在使济钢集团公司工会基层组织和工资集体协商管理功能更加现代化操作,工会成员和工会管理人员通过网络能够查询到工资信息并且管理工资信息。系统不但使得济钢集团工资集体协商更加方便,效率更高,而且减少了管理成本。集团公司内部工会工作通过局域网联接到一起,实现了网上传递数据,既扩大了数据存储空间,又能够调用数据共享,工会管理部门根据数据查询了解工会工作动态,大大提高了工会工作的现代化,提升了集团工会管理水平。
[Abstract]:According to what our country pointed out in the 13th Five-Year Plan, the wage distribution should be able to reflect the self-regulating role of the market and the fair distribution of society. This kind of fair distribution requires the state to play a supervisory role by the government and to distribute it by the enterprises according to the actual situation.It is a market-oriented embodiment of the value of labor force. In our country, wage should establish a stable growth mechanism, the wage level should increase with the improvement of living standard, and the wage of labor should set the minimum standard.Supervise the payment of wages and publish salary information regularly, and formulate the applicable range of wages according to the principle of collective wage negotiation.Wage collective negotiation is a common practice in market economy countries. Wage collective negotiation is an important part of establishing income distribution system adapted to modern enterprise system, and wage collective negotiation can effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and enterprises.Promoting social harmony and stability.The system adopts the structure of B / S and realizes the whole system based on the technical framework of SOA, uses Oracle as the database server, completes the management functions such as adding the basic information of the unit, and accomplishes the functions of querying the basic information of the collective bargaining of wages, etc.The functions of union and unit basic information inquiry, trade union and unit information statistics, archival data query and system management are completed.In the trade union and unit management module, the operation functions of adding, modifying, deleting, querying, viewing and exporting the lower level trade unions have been realized; in the wage collective negotiation information management module, the revision and increase of the wage collective bargaining information have been realized.The operation function of deleting, querying, viewing and exporting; in the trade union and unit inquiry module, we can query the trade union by the trade union name, the labor union by the trade union type, the unit by the unit name,According to whether to sign the wage collective agreement query unit and the self-defined query unit data query function: in the trade union and unit statistics module, realized the trade union information statistics and the unit information statistics operation function;In the archival data query module, the query conditions are set up according to their own requirements, the archived information about trade unions and units is counted, and the corresponding data increases and modifies the results according to different rights.In the system management module, the operation function of code table, system log and the same data is realized.The system adopts B / S mode in user interface requirement and has friendly man-machine interaction mode.In addition, the system reliability, security, confidentiality, portability has high requirements.The aim of the system is to make the management function of labor union grass-roots organization and collective negotiation of wages more modern. Trade union members and trade union administrators can search the wage information and manage the wage information through the network.The system not only makes the collective negotiation of wages more convenient and efficient, but also reduces the management cost.The trade union work within the group company is connected to each other through the local area network, which realizes the transmission of data on the net, which not only expands the data storage space, but also can call the data sharing. The trade union management department understands the trade union work dynamics according to the data query.It has greatly improved the modernization of trade union work and raised the management level of group trade union.
