中小学校园欺凌问题及其对策研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深入,我国的经济水平得到了极大地发展。但是中小学生校园欺凌行为却履见不鲜,严重影响中小学生的身心发展。在国家新型城镇化的时代背景下,中小学校园欺凌也呈现出了新的特点和表现形式。中小学生校园欺凌行为现状,有什么特点,中小学校园欺凌发生的原因是什么,预防和干预的措施有哪些?正确的剖析和解决这些问题有着重要的现实价值。通过梳理和总结法制网、中国法律统计年鉴、媒体等对已经曝光报道的校园欺凌相关统计数据,对当前我国中小学生校园欺凌的现状和特点进行了分析。根据法制网等近年来有关未成年人相关案例的数据统计,可以了解到当前中小学生校园欺凌具有普遍性、多样性、组织性等特点,根据以上的文献分析及实地调查访问中小学校园欺凌的现状,并从社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素和个人因素四个方面分析了中小学生校园欺凌产生的原因。中学生校园欺凌影响因素较为复杂,家庭、学校、社会等多个因素相互交织、相互作用,只有找准了中学生校园欺凌产生的原因,才能有针对性地提出干预中小学生校园欺凌的有效对策。根据史密斯的欺负问卷并结合地域实际情况,设置了中小学生欺凌调查问卷,通过调查法实地调查南宁市九年一贯制A中学校园欺凌现状得出调查结果,对中小学校园欺凌现状及产生的影响因素进行分析,分析现阶段我国应对校园欺凌的防控措施,对国内外校园欺凌防控措施进行比较研究,借鉴其他国家的教育管理经验,结合地域实际情况,归纳现阶段的校园欺凌防控措施的不足,研究建立多方面综合性防控体系,并将家庭教育作为中小学教育阶段校园欺凌防控措施中的重点和突破口,建立三教合一防控体系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economic level has been greatly developed.But the bullying behavior of primary and middle school students is not uncommon, which seriously affects the physical and mental development of primary and middle school students.Under the background of new urbanization, bullying in primary and middle schools also presents new characteristics and forms.What are the characteristics of bullying behavior of primary and secondary school students, what are the causes of bullying in primary and secondary schools, and what are the prevention and intervention measures?Correct analysis and solution of these problems have important practical value.This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of campus bullying among primary and middle school students in China by combing and summing up the network of legal system, Chinese legal statistics yearbook, media and so on.According to the statistics on the relevant cases of minors in recent years, such as the legal system Network, we can understand that bullying on the campus of primary and secondary school students has the characteristics of universality, diversity, organization, and so on.According to the above literature analysis and field investigation to visit the status quo of bullying in primary and secondary schools, and from the social factors, school factors, family factors and personal factors to analyze the causes of bullying in primary and secondary schools.The influencing factors of middle school students' bullying on campus are more complicated. Many factors, such as family, school, society and so on, interweave and interact with each other. Only by finding out the causes of bullying on campus of middle school students,Only then can we put forward effective countermeasures to interfere with the bullying of primary and middle school students.According to Smith's bullying questionnaire and the actual situation of the region, a questionnaire was set up to investigate bullying of primary and middle school students, and the results were obtained by investigating the bullying situation of Nanning Nanning Nanning school.This paper analyzes the current situation of bullying in primary and secondary schools and its influencing factors, analyzes the measures to prevent and control bullying on campus in our country at the present stage, makes a comparative study on the measures of preventing and controlling bullying on campus at home and abroad, and draws lessons from the educational management experience of other countries.Combined with the actual situation of the region, this paper sums up the deficiencies of the current campus bullying prevention and control measures, studies the establishment of a multi-sided comprehensive prevention and control system, and regards family education as the key point and breakthrough in the campus bullying prevention and control measures in the primary and secondary education stage.Establish the system of prevention and control of the three religions in one.
