中职学校专业型学生社团的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:新世纪以来我国中等职业教育取得了长足发展,为推动我国经济社会的发展培养了一大批优秀人才,在构建现代职业教育体系政策的支持下,中等职业教育将继续承担为高等职业教育输送人才和为社会培养人才的重任,在我国国民教育中的作用更加凸显。伴随着中等职业教育发展的重点由数量的增加转向质量提升,提高教学质量培养具有综合素养的人才成为中职学校的发展趋势。专业型学生社团不仅具有普通学生社团丰富学生校园文化生活、改善学习方式、培养团队意识的功能,还具有巩固专业知识、锻炼专业技能,提高人际交往和组织管理能力的独特功能,成为助推学生全面发展的新载体和辅助专业教学的新形式,对提高人才培养质量、改善教学效果具有一定作用。然而目前中等职业学校专业型学生社团的发展状况限制了其功能的发挥,因此对专业型学生社团进行研究具有重要的现实意义。本文首先阐述了中职学校专业型学生社团的功能,然后调查了中职学校专业型学生社团的现状,在整理和分析调查数据的基础上,找出中职学校专业型学生社团的问题然后对问题进行原因分析,最后提出完善对策。论文按照中职学校专业型学生社团的功能、现状调查、发现问题、分析原因和提出对策的思路分为四个部分。绪论部分,论述了本论文的选题缘由和研究意义、界定了学生社团和专业型学生社团的概念、介绍了研究思路和研究方法。第一部分论述了专业型学生社团的功能,包括提高学生综合素养和专业学习,促进专业发展和校园文化建设。第二部分通过对山东省4所中职学校进行调研,调查了解中职学校专业型学生社团的现状,结合已有研究对调研数据进行统计和深入分析,发现中职学校专业型学生社团在管理、师资、社团干部、社团活动、物质保障、对外联系等方面存在的问题。第三部分对专业型学生社团存在的问题进行了原因分析,主要包括对专业型学生社团的重要性认识不足、定位出现偏差、指导教师缺乏先进的教育理念、社团干部缺乏培训、专业型学生社团自身建设难度大。第四部分针对中职学校专业型学生社团存在的问题,从完善中职学校专业型学生社团的角度出发,提出提高重视、找准定位,完善管理机制,建立保障机制,更新教育理念,提高活动质量的完善对策。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, China's secondary vocational education has made great progress. It has trained a large number of outstanding talents for promoting the development of our country's economy and society, supported by the policy of constructing a modern vocational education system. Secondary vocational education will continue to take on the task of transferring talents for higher vocational education and cultivating talents for the society, which will play an even more prominent role in the national education of our country. With the development of secondary vocational education from the increase of quantity to the quality of the development, improving the quality of teaching has become the trend of the development of secondary vocational schools. Professional student associations not only have the function of enriching students' campus cultural life, improving their learning style and cultivating team consciousness, but also have the function of consolidating their professional knowledge and training their professional skills. The unique function of improving interpersonal communication and organization and management ability has become a new carrier to promote the all-round development of students and a new form of auxiliary specialty teaching, which plays a certain role in improving the quality of personnel training and improving the teaching effect. However, the development of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools limits their functions, so it is of great practical significance to study professional student associations. This paper first describes the functions of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and then investigates the present situation of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the survey data, To find out the problems of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and then analyze the causes of the problems, and finally put forward the perfect countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts according to the function, current situation investigation, problem finding, cause analysis and countermeasures of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools. In the introduction part, the author discusses the reason and significance of this thesis, defines the concepts of student association and professional student association, and introduces the research ideas and methods. The first part discusses the functions of professional student associations, including improving students' comprehensive literacy and professional learning, promoting professional development and campus culture construction. The second part through the investigation of four secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province, investigate and understand the status of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, combined with the existing research on the survey data for statistical and in-depth analysis. The problems in management, teachers, community cadres, community activities, material security, external relations and so on are found in professional student associations of secondary vocational schools. The third part has carried on the reason analysis to the specialized type student association existence question, mainly includes to the specialized type student association importance understanding insufficient, the localization appears the deviation, the instruction teacher lacks the advanced education idea, the community cadre lacks the training. The construction of professional student associations is difficult. In the fourth part, aiming at the problems of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, from the perspective of perfecting professional student associations in vocational schools, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to pay more attention, find out the right orientation, perfect the management mechanism, establish the guarantee mechanism, and renew the educational concept. Improve the quality of activities to improve the countermeasures.
