土地流转对有机农业产业化的影响

【摘要】：农业是我国国民经济的支柱,也是我国社会经济的重要组成部分。有机农业作为一种可持续发展农业,开始逐步代替常规农业。近年来,常规农业在全球范围内快速发展,在为人类提供大量丰富农产品的同时,也给人类的生存发展带来了一定的潜在危害。本文以西方经济学和农业经济学的诸多理论为基础,选取了某省凤凰县阳光村100户农户进行问卷调查并对结果统计分析,走访了凤凰县农业局,翻阅了大量的专著、论文资料。采用理论研究与案例研究相结合的研究方法,以某省凤凰县的基础资料作为研究的起点,对该县的土地流转和有机农业产业化问题进行了较为详细的探讨。从土地流转对有机农业产业化影响因素的作用角度出发,分别论述了土地流转对土地规模经营的影响、土地流转对农业科技进步的影响,土地流转与政府政策导向的关系。着重从如何推动土地流转,促进有机农业产业化发展角度突出建立土地流转促进农业科技进步的有效机制,加大农业科技投入与宣传,强化政府的政策导向,提高有机农业产业化科技含量,增加农业资本的投入并合理使用。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the pillar of our national economy and an important part of our social economy. Organic agriculture as a sustainable development of agriculture, began to gradually replace conventional agriculture. In recent years, the rapid development of conventional agriculture in the global scope, while providing a large number of rich agricultural products for human beings, but also to the survival of human development has brought a certain degree of potential harm. Based on many theories of western economics and agricultural economics, this paper selects 100 peasant households in Sunshine Village of Fenghuang County for questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis of the results, visits the Agriculture Bureau of Fenghuang County, and reads a large number of monographs and papers. Based on the basic data of Fenghuang County in a certain province, the paper discusses the land circulation and the industrialization of organic agriculture in Fenghuang County in detail by the method of combining theoretical research with case study. From the point of view of the effect of land circulation on the industrialization of organic agriculture, this paper discusses the influence of land circulation on land scale management, the influence of land circulation on the progress of agricultural science and technology, and the relationship between land circulation and government policy guidance. From the angle of how to promote the land circulation and promote the industrialization of organic agriculture, we should set up an effective mechanism of land circulation to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology, increase the input and propaganda of agricultural science and technology, and strengthen the policy guidance of the government. We will increase the scientific and technological content of the industrialization of organic agriculture and increase the input and rational use of agricultural capital.
