东北三省科技创新空间效应对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着中国产业结构转型升级和经济增长方式转变,中国经济增长正处于由传统的要素驱动和投资驱动向创新驱动转换过程中,而东北三省近几年的经济增长速度全国排名不高,东北三省具有发展科技创新的资源优势,通过创新驱动可以实现经济的内涵式增长,改变现状,最终将有助于实现东北老工业基地的全面振兴。论文将经济单元之间的空间效应考虑在内,借助空间计量理论方法,以东北三省34个地级市为研究对象,选择2006-2013年作为研究时段,构建双矩阵空间计量模型,对各地区科技创新和经济增长的地理空间分布进行研究,测度创新活动溢出效应及其各影响因素作用,将科技创新对地区经济增长的直接效应和溢出效应进行定量分析,得出结论提出相应的建议,最后对论文的不足之处进行反思总结。论文的主要分为五章：第一章,叙述论文的选题背景,研究目的及意义,研究的内容与方法。第二章,对国内外关于科技创新与经济增长研究的相关文献进行了回顾梳理,介绍了支撑论文的相关理论。第三章,对东北三省34个地级市科技创新的空间分布状况进行测度,对其进行空间依赖性检验证明创新分布具有空间相关性,将空间效应纳入到模型中,分析创新活动的影响因素,结果显示科技创新具有溢出效应。第四章,测度城市经济增长水平的空间相关性,将科技创新的溢出效应和经济增长的空间效应纳入到模型中,定量分析创新活动对经济增长的作用。第五章,总结主要结论,分析存在的问题并提出对应的建议,叙述论文的不足之处及未来展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure and the transformation of the mode of economic growth, China's economic growth is in the process of transition from traditional factor driven and investment-driven to innovation-driven. The economic growth rate of the three Northeast provinces in recent years is not high in the whole country. The three Northeast provinces have the resource advantages to develop scientific and technological innovation. Through innovation drive, they can realize the implicit growth of the economy and change the present situation. Finally, it will help to realize the overall revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China. In this paper, the spatial effect of economic units is taken into account, with the aid of spatial measurement theory, 34 prefecture-level cities in three provinces of Northeast China are taken as the research objects, and the dual-matrix spatial measurement model is constructed from 2006 to 2013. This paper studies the geographical distribution of scientific and technological innovation and economic growth in various regions, measures the spillover effects of innovation activities and their influence factors, and makes a quantitative analysis of the direct effects and spillover effects of scientific and technological innovation on regional economic growth. Draw a conclusion to put forward the corresponding recommendations, and finally reflect on the shortcomings of the paper summary. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the background, research purpose and significance, research content and methods. In the second chapter, the author reviews and combs the domestic and foreign literature on the research of science and technology innovation and economic growth, and introduces the relevant theories supporting the thesis. In the third chapter, the spatial distribution of scientific and technological innovation in 34 cities in three provinces of Northeast China is measured, and the spatial dependence test is carried out to prove that the distribution of innovation is spatially relevant, and the spatial effect is brought into the model. By analyzing the influencing factors of innovation, the result shows that science and technology innovation has spillover effect. The fourth chapter measures the spatial correlation of the level of urban economic growth, brings the spillover effect of scientific and technological innovation and the spatial effect of economic growth into the model, and quantitatively analyzes the effect of innovation activities on economic growth. The fifth chapter summarizes the main conclusions, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions, describes the shortcomings and future prospects of the paper.
