新疆公务员考试录用测评优化研究

【摘要】:公务员考试中的测评工作是整个考录工作中最为核心的部分,由资格审查、笔试、面试等多种测评方法组成的。用这些方法选拔出真正符合职位条件的人才到公务员的队伍之中,在源头上保证整个公务员队伍的高素质,从而提高整个政府行政工作的效率。新疆的公务员考录是随着我国公务员考录制度一起起步,发展的时间并不长。加上新疆又独具民族特色,所以在公务员的考录测评中,相应的经验还不是很丰富。所以在新疆公务员录用考试的测评技术和方法上,还或多或少的存在着不足之处。本文首先对我国的公务员考试录用体系进行了系统介绍,借鉴了国内外考试公务员录用考试测评的相关理论与研究,立足于新疆的经济、社会发展状况,对新疆公务员考试录用测评的现状进行了系统分析。本文以问卷调查的形式为主,文献调查法、数据统计法、图表说明法等多种研究方法为辅。选取新疆乌鲁木齐四所高校大学生以及昌吉州的社会工作人员为调查对象,开展了详细的调查,对调查结果进行统计,结合理论深入分析,找出在新疆公务员的录用考试测评中存在的些许不足之处。最后,提出优化测评的方法与完善的措施,为新疆公务员的考试录用工作提出参考意见。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of civil servant examination is the core part of the whole examination, which is composed of qualification examination, written test, interview and so on. Using these methods to select the qualified personnel to the ranks of civil servants, to ensure the high quality of the entire civil service, so as to improve the efficiency of the entire government administration. The civil servant examination in Xinjiang starts with the civil servant examination system in our country, and the development time is not long. In addition, Xinjiang has unique national characteristics, so in the civil servant examination and evaluation, the corresponding experience is not very rich. Therefore, there are more or less deficiencies in the evaluation techniques and methods of the civil servant recruitment examination in Xinjiang. Firstly, this paper systematically introduces the system of civil servant examination in our country, and draws lessons from the relevant theories and studies of the examination and evaluation of civil servant recruitment at home and abroad, which is based on the economic and social development of Xinjiang. This paper makes a systematic analysis on the present situation of the examination and evaluation of civil servants in Xinjiang. This paper mainly consists of questionnaire survey, literature survey, data statistics, chart explanation and other research methods. Four college students in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and social workers in Changji Prefecture were selected as the objects of investigation. The detailed investigation was carried out, the results of the investigation were statistically analyzed, and the theoretical analysis was made in depth. To find out in Xinjiang civil servants in the recruitment examination evaluation of some deficiencies. Finally, the paper puts forward the methods of optimizing evaluation and perfecting measures, and puts forward some suggestions for the examination and employment of civil servants in Xinjiang.
