中蒙双边贸易发展问题及对策研究

【摘要】：中蒙两国均属亚洲大陆国家,中国是蒙古国的最大邻国,蒙古国的东、西、南三面和中国接壤。近年来,中国经济发展飞快,中蒙的经贸往来也得到了不断地加强。目前,中国已经是蒙古国最大投资国以及最大进出口贸易国。中国在蒙古国家贸易地位的不断提高。从1999年开始到2015年,中国已经连续17年成为蒙古国的第一大贸易伙伴。随着蒙古国的入世,中蒙贸易的发展必将进一步加强,双边贸易合作在WTO框架下,‘也必将更加规范。中蒙两国的贸易往来的优势主要在于双方经济结构互补、技术互补以及地理位的优越性。两国的双边贸易不仅有利于带动蒙古国经济的进一步增长,同时也能够满足中国经济发展的市场需求,除此之外,两国双边贸易的发展对整个东北亚地区的经济繁荣都有不可小视的作用。从近年来中蒙双边贸易可以实现蒙中双方共同的最大利益。但是,近年来,随着中蒙贸易的不断发展扩大,贸易摩擦等问题也随之出现,贸易阻碍不断增多,这就要求蒙中双方共同找到解决问题的对策,不断优化两国经贸发展。本文拟采用联合国统计署贸易数据库(UNCOMTRADE)统计数据、世界发展指标(WDI)、国际货币基金组织(IMF)、世界贸易组织(WTO)、蒙古国国家统计局公报数据以及中国商务部统计数据等,对中蒙经贸的发展历史、发展现状以及不同贸易阶段存在的贸易问题进行了分析,在此基础之上,笔者详细、具体地对中蒙两国的贸易平衡、贸易结构互补性、贸易地位以及贸易分布地区进行了研究,并分析了中蒙两国贸易对蒙中双方经济发展带来的有利影响,以及中蒙两国的贸易政策,最后,笔者对两国的贸易发展前景进行了预测分析,针对中蒙贸易存在的问题以及未来两国贸易发展前景中预测到的阻碍,提出了相关建议和解决对策,以期为相关研究与决策提供量化依据。
[Abstract]:China and Mongolia are both mainland Asian countries, and China is Mongolia's largest neighbor, bordering China on the east, west and south. In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, and economic and trade exchanges between China and Mongolia have been continuously strengthened. At present, China has been Mongolia's largest investment country and the largest import and export trade countries. China's trade position in Mongolia is improving. From 1999 to 2015, China has been Mongolia's largest trading partner for 17 consecutive years. With Mongolia's entry into WTO, the development of Sino-Mongolian trade will be further strengthened, and bilateral trade cooperation will be more standardized under the framework of WTO. The advantages of trade between China and Mongolia lie in the complementation of economic structure, technology and geographical position. The bilateral trade between the two countries is not only conducive to further economic growth in Mongolia, but also able to meet the market needs of China's economic development. The development of bilateral trade between the two countries plays an important role in the economic prosperity of Northeast Asia. In recent years, bilateral trade between China and Mongolia can realize the best interests of both sides. However, in recent years, with the continuous development and expansion of Sino-Mongolian trade, trade friction and other problems have emerged, and trade obstacles have been increasing, which requires Mongolia and China to jointly find solutions to the problems and constantly optimize the economic and trade development of the two countries. This paper intends to use the UNCOMTRADE statistical data, the World Development Index (WDI), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the official Bulletin of the National Bureau of Statistics of Mongolia and the statistical data of the Ministry of Commerce of China, etc. Based on the analysis of the development history, current situation and trade problems in different stages of trade between China and Mongolia, the author makes a detailed and detailed analysis of the trade balance and complementarity of trade structure between China and Mongolia. The trade status and trade distribution areas are studied, and the favorable influence of trade between China and Mongolia on the economic development of Mongolia and China is analyzed, as well as the trade policy of China and Mongolia. The author forecasts and analyzes the prospects of trade development between the two countries, and puts forward some relevant suggestions and solutions to the problems existing in the trade between China and Mongolia and the obstacles predicted in the future trade development prospects of the two countries. In order to provide quantitative basis for relevant research and decision-making.
