体育与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信心及影响因素研究

【摘要】:西方国家优秀的运动员大多源于高校,高校运动队的运动员是其重要的后备人才,其发展促进着联赛和竞技体育的发展。随着我国社会经济的不断发展,运动员的培养从传统的举国体制发展到多元化培养模式,正在不断探索符合我国国情的新模式。“体教结合”让高校参与到运动员的培养中来,大学生运动员的培养受到各个高校的重视。如今已有许多优秀的大学生运动员站上了国际舞台,获得了更多的认可,更为国家争得了荣誉。但是大学生运动员整体竞技水平还不够高,运动成绩还达不到国家要求。如何提高大学生运动员的运动成绩是各高校运动代表队的运动员、教练员以及有关领导迫切需要解决的问题。由于运动成绩受到运动员的身体素质、心理素质、技战术训练水平、比赛时身体及心理状态等多方面的影响。心理状态包括注意状态、情绪状态和自信心等。自信心不仅影响着运动动机而且影响着比赛时的情绪状态,也是影响比赛成绩的重要因素。既往文献有关自信方面的研究大多集中于专业运动员的自信心的研究,而对大学生运动员自信心的研究较少。从理论上讲,体育专业与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信心影响因素方面也许存在不同。由于体育专业大学生所学专业是体育,运动表现对他们自信心的影响权重或许更大,而非体育专业大学生运动员体育运动或许只是业余爱好,可能他们更看重专业学业成绩,体育运动带来的自信可能仅仅是次要因素。目前,有关体育专业与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信心的研究较少,本研究希望对这方面作一个探讨,以期望了解体育与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信心是否存在差异以及差异的影响因素。本文采用《运动自信来源问卷》和《运动自信心量表》包括《运动特质自信量表》、《运动状态自信量表》作为测量工具,对体育专业和非体育专业的大学生336名,其中男生210名,女生126名。其中体育专业组119名(男:86名,女:33名),非体育专业组217名(男:124,女:93名)进行了运动自信心及影响因素调查,并对他们之间的相关关系进行了统计分析。结果显示,体育专业与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信心即运动特质自信和运动状态自信均存在显著差异,体育专业大学生运动员的运动自信心强于非体育专业;在体育与非体育专业大学生运动员运动自信影响因素方面除了身体自我呈现和情境优势这两个维度未发现差异外,其他各维度均呈现出显著性差异。此外还发现,不同性别、专业、训练年限、运动等级的大学生运动员的运动自信心差异显著。结论:体育专业大学生运动员与非体育专业大学生运动员在运动自信心及影响因素上均存在差异。
[Abstract]:Most of the outstanding athletes in western countries come from colleges and universities, and the athletes of college sports teams are their important reserve talents, and their development promotes the development of leagues and competitive sports. With the continuous development of our country's social economy, the training of athletes has developed from the traditional national system to the diversified training mode, and is constantly exploring the new mode which is in line with the national conditions of our country. The combination of physical education and physical education allows colleges and universities to participate in the training of athletes, and the cultivation of college students' athletes is attached great importance to by colleges and universities. Now there are many excellent college athletes on the international stage, more recognition, more national honor. However, the overall competitive level of college athletes is not high enough, sports results are not up to national requirements. How to improve the performance of college athletes is an urgent problem for athletes, coaches and leaders of sports teams in colleges and universities. Sports performance is influenced by athletes' physical quality, psychological quality, technical and tactical training level, physical and psychological state of the competition and so on. Mental state includes attention state, emotional state and self-confidence. Self-confidence not only affects the sports motivation, but also affects the emotional state of the competition, and it is also an important factor affecting the result of the competition. Previous studies on self-confidence mostly focused on professional athletes' self-confidence, but less on college athletes' self-confidence. Theoretically speaking, there may be differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors. Since sports majors are sports majors, sports performance may have a greater impact on their self-confidence, while sports for non-sports college students may be only a hobby, and they may value professional academic achievement more. The self-confidence brought about by sports may be only a secondary factor. At present, there are few researches on sports self-confidence of college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors. In order to find out whether there are differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors and the influencing factors of the differences. In this paper, 336 college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors were investigated by using the "Source inventory of Sports self-confidence" and the "exercise self-confidence scale", including the "Sports trait confidence scale" and the "exercise State self-confidence scale", among which 210 were male students. 126 girls. The sports self-confidence and its influencing factors were investigated among 119 PE majors (86 males, 33 females, 217 non-PE majors), and the correlation between them was analyzed statistically. The results showed that there were significant differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors, that is, sports trait self-confidence and sports state self-confidence. The sports self-confidence of college athletes majoring in physical education was stronger than that of non-sports majors. In sports and non-sports college athletes sports self-confidence factors except the physical self-presentation and situational advantage of the two dimensions there is no significant difference in all other dimensions. It was also found that there were significant differences in sports self-confidence among college athletes of different gender, major, training years and sports grade. Conclusion: there are differences in sports self-confidence and influencing factors between college athletes majoring in physical education and those of non-sports majors.
