北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质研究

【摘要】：我国的经济发展与居民生活水平提高的大背景下,滑雪已然成为城市居民日常休闲与强身健体的主要的体育运动形式之一,2022年,我国将在北京举办冬奥会,大众化的滑雪运动将进入到高潮时期。滑雪教练员这一群体的社会需求在极度扩张,但与之相对应的是滑雪教练人员匮乏的问题。这也成为了本课题研究的重点解决问题。本文是以北京市十四家滑雪场滑雪教练为调查对象,采取文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以素质模型作为理论基础,首先概述北京市滑雪场滑雪指导员现状,继而分析北京市滑雪场滑雪指导员素质现状及存在问题与影响北京市滑雪场滑雪指导员素质的因素,最后提出提高北京市滑雪教练员素质的对策。本文通过研究北京滑雪场的滑雪教练员的基本素质,得出以下结论:(1)北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质现状。北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员总体偏年轻化,性别比例失调,男性占比较多。在素质现状方面,北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员的知识水平不佳、专业性技能经验积累不足,潜在素质激励不足,重视不够。(2)影响北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质的因素。北京市的滑雪场滑雪教练员素质的提升遭遇到准入机制培训体系不健全、自我认知不明确、绩效考核标准匮乏问题,大量的社会需求与偏小的教练数量之间产生的矛盾,极易导致快餐式的雪场滑雪教练员素质模式,但是从其长远发展现状而言,这一现状不利于北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质的提高。(3)提高北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质的对策。结合本研究分析,对提高北京市滑雪场滑雪教练员素质提出以下对策:制定规范的准入机制、完善培训体系和职业生涯规划、健全考核体系等措施,提升北京市滑雪教练员素质。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of economic development and the improvement of living standards in China, skiing has become one of the main forms of sports for urban residents in their daily leisure and physical fitness. In 2022, China will host the Winter Olympics in Beijing. Popular skiing will enter its climax. The social needs of ski coaches are expanding extremely, but the shortage of ski coaches is the corresponding problem. This has also become the focus of this study to solve the problem. This paper takes 14 ski coaches in Beijing as the investigation object, adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and takes the quality model as the theoretical basis. Firstly, it summarizes the current situation of ski instructors in Beijing ski resorts. Then it analyzes the present situation of the quality of the ski instructor in Beijing ski resort, the existing problems and the factors affecting the quality of the ski instructor in Beijing ski field, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of the skiing instructor in Beijing. By studying the basic qualities of the skiing coaches in Beijing ski resort, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) the present situation of the quality of skiing coaches in Beijing ski resort. Ski coaches in Beijing ski resort are generally younger, gender imbalance, male accounts for more. In terms of the present situation of quality, the knowledge level of the skiing coaches in Beijing ski resort is not good, the accumulation of professional skills and experience is insufficient, the potential quality incentive is insufficient, and insufficient attention is paid to the factors affecting the quality of skiing coaches in Beijing ski resort. The upgrading of the quality of ski coaches in Beijing has encountered the problems of imperfect training system of access mechanism, unclear self-cognition, lack of performance evaluation standards, and the contradiction between a large number of social needs and the number of coaches on the small side. It is easy to lead to fast food ski coaches' quality mode, but from its long-term development, this situation is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of Beijing ski coaches. 3) the measures to improve the quality of Beijing ski coaches. Based on the analysis of this study, the following countermeasures are put forward to improve the quality of skiing coaches in Beijing ski resort: to formulate a standardized admission mechanism, to perfect the training system and career planning, to improve the assessment system, and so on. Improve the quality of Beijing ski coaches.
