苏州地铁深基坑开挖对周边建筑物影响评价及分区研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,近年来地铁作为解决城市交通拥堵的重要手段得到了快速发展。地铁往往穿越城市中心,如何控制地铁基坑施工变形,确保周边建筑物的安全性和使用性是城市地铁工程建设需要面对的关键技术问题之一。本文以苏州地铁4号线建设为依托,采用数值模拟与监测数据统计相结合的方法,对苏州地铁施工对周边环境影响,不同类型基础形式受基坑施工影响及其分区进行了系统的研究。主要研究内容和成果如下:(1)全面总结了苏州地铁4号线沿线80.0m深度范围内地层水文地质条件及工程地质条件,根据车站深基坑与含水层(或隔水层)的空间组合关系、不同区域水文地质条件差异等,将苏州地铁4号线沿线水文地质结构分为八类;以基坑深度范围内涉及含水层类型以及基坑底部含水层对基坑施工是否造成危害为原则,将苏州地铁4号线车站深基坑分为五类,分析了各类基坑对周边环境影响的基本特征。(2)运用数值模拟与监测数据统计相结合的手段,分析苏州地铁1、4号线深基坑围护结构侧向变形及坑外土体沉降形式。给出了苏州地铁1、4号线基坑围护结构最大侧向位移、坑外地表最大沉降变化范围及平均值。(3)统计了苏州地铁4号线沿线典型基础形式,采用数值模拟方法分析了基坑施工对不同基础形式建筑物影响特点。利用Rayleigh函数拟合了基坑外土体沉降曲线,在此基础上提出了基坑施工环境影响分区,给出了不同区域内地表变形规律、上部结构受力特点。(4)利用GIS建立数据平台,对苏州地铁4号线水文地质条件分类、数值模拟结果进行了可视化建模,实现水文地质结构土层情况、降压降水环境影响分区以及基坑周边水位降深等值线的可视呈现。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, subway has been developed rapidly in recent years as an important means to solve urban traffic congestion. Subway often passes through the city center. How to control the deformation of subway foundation pit construction and ensure the safety and usability of surrounding buildings is one of the key technical problems in urban subway construction. Based on the construction of Suzhou Metro Line 4, this paper uses the method of numerical simulation and monitoring data statistics to influence the surrounding environment of Suzhou subway construction. The influence of foundation pit construction on different types of foundation is studied systematically. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions in the depth of 80.0m along Suzhou Metro Line 4 are summarized, and according to the spatial combination relationship between the deep foundation pit of the station and the aquifer (or aquifer), The hydrogeological structure along Suzhou Subway Line 4 is divided into eight categories according to the difference of hydrogeological conditions in different regions, and the principle is that the type of aquifer is involved in the depth of foundation pit and whether the aquifer at the bottom of the foundation pit causes harm to the construction of foundation pit. The deep foundation pit of Suzhou Metro Line 4 Station is divided into five categories, and the basic characteristics of the impact of each kind of foundation pit on the surrounding environment are analyzed. The method of combining numerical simulation with monitoring data statistics is used. The lateral deformation of deep foundation pit enclosure and the settlement of soil outside the pit of Suzhou Metro Line 1 and 4 are analyzed. The maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure of the foundation pit of Suzhou Metro Line 1 and 4 and the range and average value of the maximum settlement of the outside surface of the pit are given. The typical foundation forms along the Suzhou Metro Line 4 are analyzed. The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of foundation pit construction on different foundation structures. The settlement curve of soil outside foundation pit is fitted by using Rayleigh function. On the basis of this, the influence zone of foundation pit construction environment is put forward, and the law of surface deformation in different areas is given, and the stress characteristics of superstructure. 4) the data platform is established by GIS. The hydrogeological conditions of Suzhou Subway Line 4 are classified, and the results of numerical simulation are visualized to realize the visualization of hydrogeological structure, the environmental impact zone of depressurization and precipitation, and the contour of water level and depth around the foundation pit.
