【摘要】：茶叶产业是湘西自治州地区传统优势产业、农业支柱产业和农民主要经济来源,在湘西自治州地区经济社会发展中具有非常重要的地位。近年来地方政府的高度重视,让湘西自治州茶叶产业逐渐走向规模化发展,茶叶产业规模在湖南省居于前位。然而湘西自治州虽是茶叶大州,却不是茶叶强州,在发展过程中有很多问题逐渐显现出来。对湘西自治州茶叶产业进行系统性分析,挖掘出湘西自治州茶叶产业的竞争优势,找出湘西自治州茶叶产业竞争力的关键影响因素,并依此提出具有针对性的政策建议,弥补国内该领域研究的不足,无疑具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文研究对象是湘西自治州茶叶产业,联系产业经济学、农业经济学、发展经济学、区域经济学和茶学的相关理论进行综合运用,使用理论结合实际、定性与定量分析相结合的方法,以波特的“钻石模型”为分析工具,定性分析出影响湘西自治州茶叶产业竞争力的因素。同时采用因子分析进一步对这些因子的影响相关程度进行实证研究。通过统计分析得出影响湘西自治州茶叶产业的关键因素,为湘西自治州茶叶产业发展提供科学的理论指导和政策决策参考。全文由五章组成。第一章绪论主要对研究背景、研究目的和研究意义、国内外相关研究现状进行梳理,并阐述了论文的研究内容和研究方法,以及创新与不足之处；第二章对论文涉及到的产业竞争力相关基本理论进行阐述,结合湘西自治州茶叶产业发展的实践,确认茶叶产业竞争力的基本含义。第三章,归纳总结湘西自治州茶叶产业发展的历程和现状,根据波特的“钻石模型”,定性的分析湘西自治州茶叶产业竞争力的影响因素。第四章采用因子分析方法,对湘西自治州茶叶产业竞争力影响因素进行定量分析,得出加工产业、产业政策、人力资源、旅游产业、需求潜力、物流运输业、茶叶资源、经营方式和资本资源是影响湘西自治州茶叶产业竞争力的关键影响因子。第五章在前面分析的基础上,提出相应的政策建议,以推动湘西自治州茶叶产业的良性发展。
[Abstract]:Tea industry is the traditional advantage industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, agricultural pillar industry and main economic source of farmers, which plays a very important role in the economic and social development of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. In recent years, the local government has attached great importance to the development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and the scale of tea industry occupies the leading position in Hunan Province. However, though Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is a big tea prefecture, it is not a strong tea prefecture. This paper systematically analyzes the tea industry of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, excavates the competitive advantage of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry, finds out the key influencing factors of Xiangxi autonomous prefecture tea industry competitiveness, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions accordingly. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to make up for the deficiency of domestic research in this field. The research object of this paper is the tea industry of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The related theories of industrial economics, agricultural economics, development economics, regional economics and tea science are applied comprehensively. With the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the factors influencing the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were qualitatively analyzed with Porter's Diamond Model as the analysis tool. At the same time, factor analysis is used to further study the correlation degree of these factors. The key factors influencing the tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture are obtained through statistical analysis, which provides scientific theoretical guidance and policy decision reference for the development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The full text consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the current situation of research at home and abroad, and describes the research content and research methods, as well as innovation and deficiencies; The second chapter expounds the basic theories of industrial competitiveness, and confirms the basic meaning of the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The third chapter summarizes the process and present situation of tea industry development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. According to Porter's Diamond Model, it qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry competitiveness. The fourth chapter uses factor analysis method to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and draws the conclusion that processing industry, industrial policy, human resources, tourism industry, demand potential, logistics transportation, tea resources, Management mode and capital resources are the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry. The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the basis of previous analysis to promote the benign development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
